Last night during a concert in the East Room of the White House, the Obamas held a performance and party to celebrate Stevie Wonder being awarded the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song:
President Obama said his wife hearts Stevie tremendously. And his song “You and I” was their wedding song. Loves it. Especially since it was Thelma’s wedding song on “Good Times” too. Don’t act like y’all don’t remember…
