Fabulousness indeed. First Lady Michelle Obama has released her first official White House Portrait taken in February in the Blue Room of the White House. She looked chic and fashionably subdued in her black Michael Kors dress and pearls. And I’m loving it. Period.

Sun, March 1, 2009 9:16 AM
She looks wonderful, a great example of beauty and class. Now let’s just hope that people will embrace and attempt to duplicate her swagga instead of some of the not so positive role models we see in the media!!!

Sun, March 1, 2009 10:40 AM
She does look fantastic. This has to be the best First Lady photograph in the gallery, barring none.
Sun, March 1, 2009 11:01 AM
There she goes with the arms again! She’s killin it with the arms! I’m headed to the gym right dammit now. Her arms are ri-damn-diculous! The White House can’t even contain all the swagger that is the Obamas.

GORGEOUS! Now, Finally, an example of a successful black man that considers his black queen “the prize”. We can say, no longer is the white woman the prize!!!!!!!!!!!
Sun, March 1, 2009 12:13 PM
MICHELLE TAKES CLASSY TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL!!!! FAB PIC INDEED

Michelle you and I have been fighting each other this whole process but these last few weeks you have pulled it together, bare arms and all. You look fabulous girl! Just classy, sexy, poised… “When I grow up, I wanna be Michelle” sing it right PCD
Sun, March 1, 2009 12:42 PM
I heart Mrs.Obama!!!
By the way, this is an “official” White House photo so there was no photoshop goings on…period.

Not Gorgeous… GAW-JUSS! LOL
*Arms out and all, she looks lovely… she’s motivation for women to get them bicep curls goin, so they can rock the sleeveless like Michelle’O
*Love her! (and Loves her hubby MORE!)
Sun, March 1, 2009 1:33 PM
That is a beautiful photo! I’m still on a “We REALLY Have A Black President and First Lady!” high, so this just made me smile :)
Not sure if this went through…so if it’s a double-post, my bad!
Sun, March 1, 2009 1:41 PM
I am so glad she showed her arms for her official photo.
I am so tired of people talking about the fact that she shows her arms. She has a beautiful shape and great arms! People should really stop trying to tell her how she should dress. She’s not dressing like frumpy ole Laura Bush cause she dont have to!
Sun, March 1, 2009 2:16 PM
Heeeeey Michelle! She looks gorgeous. I simply love this woman….I admire her greatly.
Sun, March 1, 2009 2:19 PM
I love the picture, except for the fact that those blue drapes seem to be growing out of her head. They shoulda positioned her a little differently. But she’s so fly it sorta doesn’t matter.
Sun, March 1, 2009 2:22 PM
So Beautiful…
Sun, March 1, 2009 2:30 PM
she has so much class thank God
Sun, March 1, 2009 2:48 PM
She is so pretty and regal. we could not have asked for a better first African-American first lady
Sun, March 1, 2009 2:53 PM
On inaguration day…I wore a suit and my hair similiar to the way First Lady Michelle would wear it. An Asian lady said hello to me…then she said “you look like Michelle Obama.” The comparison was the classiest compliment I have ever had. (even if we do all look alike to other races) :)
Sun, March 1, 2009 2:55 PM
Very classic, very Jackie O with her own spin. Love it.
Sun, March 1, 2009 3:07 PM
simply GORGEOUS
Sun, March 1, 2009 3:09 PM
Ironically, behind her is a painting of Thomas Jefferson–a former president who owned and had love affairs with slaves… The First Lady looks splendid, as she should. Fabulous photo–thanks for posting it.
Sun, March 1, 2009 3:14 PM
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! This is what the VOGUE cover should have looked like…I LOVE THE OBAMA’S and MICHELLE is just the opitimy (sp) of class…Hats off to the official white house photo for Michelle and especially those amazing arms…HER BEAUTY,STYLE AND GRACE will go down in HISTORY!!!
Get em Mrs.O!!
Sun, March 1, 2009 3:30 PM

Sun, March 1, 2009 3:32 PM

Sun, March 1, 2009 3:53 PM
She is breathtakingly flawless!! Show your arms Mrs. O no matter what THEY say.

Michael Kors is my favorite designer and Michelle looks fabulous. She is the eptiome of class. I would hope a lot of young women are looking up to her and seeing what they too can become. Not just in terms of being the First Lady, I mean being just being classy and not taking advantage of getting the best education possible. Beauty and brains do mix…..Mrs. Obama is a prime example of that.
Sun, March 1, 2009 7:11 PM
Sophistication, beauty, intelligence!!!!! She is all those things wrapped into one fierce package. She is a fashionista, with Yale and Harvard prestige, combine that with swag out of this world and add how much of an amazing mother and wife she is and you have an awesome First Lady!!!!
Sun, March 1, 2009 7:22 PM
Somebody say hey to me!
Sun, March 1, 2009 7:27 PM

This lady is wonderful. Someone ALL women and girls should aspire to be like. Check her stats, here resume is even more impressive the Mr. President himself. I think she tutored him at one point.
Ladies, leave the booty shorts alone and pick up a book!
