It was Girls’ Night Out for Kelly Rowland, Serena Williams, and Tyra Banks as they did dinner together at Waverly Inn in NYC last night:
Not sure what Tyra had on underneath that coat but it’s looking mighty suspect.
And Serena rocked her Louboutin booties with some stretch pants and a down/fur coat. Interesting looks all around. But our Kelly looked laid back and fab as usual.

Yesterday, Kelly Rowland visited her fan Jasmina Amena on her 6th birthday…in the hospital:
Jasmina was diagnosed with leukemia on January 20th and needs to find a bone marrow donor to save her life. Kelly says:
“I hope everyone finds it in their hearts to come out on Saturday for the donor drive. After spending time with Jasmina I am personally committed to making sure everyone realizes the importance a simple wipe of a swab could be – it could save her life.”

I hate to bring up Beyonce but it was bound to happen being that Kelly and Bee are supposed to be so close. Anyway I know being close to someone doesn’t mean you have to be joined at the hip at all times but damn, I hardly (keep in mind I said HARDLY not NEVER) see Bee hang out with Kelly let alone any of her girlfriends. She’s always with her family, by herself, or with Jay.

I heard about it this morning on the steve harvey show, I really hope that a lot of african americans show up to donate bone marrow. What scared people away to not donate,they did minor surgery to draw marrow from your hipbones but today the most common way of collecting the stem cells is by filtering them directly from your blood.
So I hope that more african americans and other ethnicities consider to donate to help others that are out there desperately needing bone marrow.

I’m loving that Kelly is shown hanging out with other females in the industry…it’s shows a more relatable humanistic side to her.
I can only wish that a fly girl crew (like the LA girls: Sanaa, Regina King, Gabrielle, Nia Long) could assemble. People would kill to see them buying out the bar, standing on couches with a bottle in hand, throwing money in the air, on vacation and doing community service work together.
Also, in reference to the above comments about Bey…I don’t think she has social skills…everything with her is so scripted and fake…and, she’s ALWAYS with family, alone or with JZ…you don’t even see her hanging out with other Destiny Child members…WASSUP WITH THAT!

You may be able to donate bone marrow stem cells if you’re in good health and doctors determine that you’re a match for the person who needs a bone marrow stem cell transplant.
They test your stem cells by examining a small sample of your blood. That is when they see if you are a match,if you are, they give you an injection, (to draw the blood stem cells out from your bone marrow and into your bloodstream) it makes it easier to receive the bone marrow from your blood.
A machine collects your blood then the blood is taken from your arm and runs through the machine, that filters out the blood stem cells. Then your blood is returned to your body through your opposite arm.
Removing blood stem cells from your blood doesn’t hurt. However, the medication you’re given may cause pain, they say it feels like you have the flu. This doesnt happen to everyone, you know how that goes when you see a commerical about the side affects of a new medicine, but for real I had some of my co workers do this, and only 1 out of the 6 felt this way. But after you stop taken the injections all of her symptoms or back pain went away.
