LAPD officers say Rihanna definitely told them minutes after the assault by Chris Brown last month that this wasn’t the first time. She said he had been violent toward her in the past and that the attacks were getting “more violent” as time went on. Surprise surprise. LAPD also says the picture that we all saw weeks ago of Rihanna looking bruised and beat, is FAR BETTER than she actually looked right after the incident. In the D.A.’s case file, they have pictures that are 10 times more gruesome and horrific than what we’ve seen.
So it looks like they’re going to use all that info, as well as those blood-in-the-car pics, against Chris today at the court date. Hopefully these pregnancy rumors aren’t true either….
UPDATE: According the NY Daily News, a search warrant for the case has been seen by news sources and here’s the rundown:
Chris Brown repeatedly punched songbird Rihanna to the point where she almost lost consciousness and blood splattered all over her clothes – then threatened to “kill” her once “they got home” after the singer alerted her assistant to call cops, according to a search warrant in the case.

they both definitely need help. My sis was in an abusive relationship for years, she kept this hidden from us and we only found out by accident. Being a feisty girl and all, we just couldn’t understand how she stayed in the relationship for so long. It’s easy to give advice from the outside, but there are so many things going on with both of them and I just hope this gets sorted out with neither of them coming to any further harm.

no he doesnt care about her… the first photo after they got together they had a picture of them getting out of the care security was around them and he was walking 7 feet in front of her…. mind you this was two weeks ago after the abuse… arent you trying to get her back chris? why you walking ahead of her like she aint nothing? well aparently you think she isnt if you beating her…. but women we gotta set our standards up for these men… tell them up from I aint no punching bag… even if their playing with you (no such thing as playfighting when youre an adult)because your kids see fighting and they grow up and either abuse or get abused and this will become a continuos cycle… rhianna leave him… heck I would rather be by myself than keep him because he’s cute and get beat all the time…. I dont wanna turn on my computer and see no birth date and death date of a young talented lady especially when you can prevent this

Not only does Chris needs help but Rihanna NEEDS Help too!
The abused, in this case Rihanna, must seek professional help to understand the deeper impact of the abuse; what causes her to stay with him; does she blame herself; believing that it will never happen again.
She must come to recognize that she too NEEDS help!! And she needs to get it ASAP, and stay away from him. Easier said than done, but its what best for her!!!

I agree that Rihanna should get help too. I was in an abusive relationship and when he agreed to get help I went with him. We both attended the counseling together and it helped both of us so much. We have been back together for over four years and no abuse and the abuse was pretty bad, it was physical, emotional, and verbal. But I am here to tell you people that a man can change. And in no way do I think I am stupid for giving my marriage another try. And neither is Rihanna none of you know what it is like to be in love with someone and want nothing but for that person to love you and treat you like you do for them. She is hurt, confused, and sad but most of all she is still in love with him and that probably will not change anytime soon. I am praying for both of them, I hope they get the help and support they need.

This story is getting more and more disturbing each day. I am still trying to figure out where is her mother in all of this? Had her mother had a more visible presence in her career like many other female singing artists, I really don’t think this would have ever happened.
Very sad and unfortunate situation!!!!
