Why can’t Beyonce wear an expensive pair of shoes more than once? Ours cost much less and we wear them more than once. Her feet are okay. She probably didn’t have them on on the plane. Stage costumes are supposed to be exaggerated and eccentric- that is why they call them costumes. I don’t know what a stan is, but I like Beyonce. She carries herself well, works hard, and loves her family. I just watched Lady Gaga Perform on American Idol and she was singing live while dancing while wearing heels, so there are others that can do this. And, Lady Gaga has been wearing the leotard with heels for years now on the New York scene. I think Beyonce is definitely an inspiration. In order to reach the level of Star power,command top dollar in the entertainment biz,you have to be on top of your game. She also contributes to charities where alot of celebrities don’t. When your financial status is on that level, there is NO excuse for not giving to help others. In fact, it really does not matter how much money you make. It goes without saying, “when you give to others, God will bless you with even more than you had.” So, I think any woman who sets goals for herself, accomplishes those goals, and helps others, that woman is truly inspirational.
I also think that Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Mary J Blige, and Alicia Keys are inspirational. Michelle Obama, Princeton Univ& Harvard Grad, a great mother of two beautiful,intelligent, well behaved children (mind you) Highly educated, beautiful and a true community service phenonemon! She is on top of her game because she has it going on in all facets of her life! I love her! Not only that, she is holding it down for our President! She is a true role model for woman all over the world! Oprah Winfrey…She has honed her craft, perfected her journalism skills, and knocked it out the park. She is on top of her game!! A true humanitarian as well. Mary J, a young black woman with major talent, perfected her craft, struggled with drugs and alcohol, chose to life of sobriety and came out on top! Mary J is fierce! Alicia Keys, a multi dexterous performer with top notch musical skills and a humanitarian! There woman are truly inspiring!! Halle Berry, and my girl, Jennifer Hudson!! I could go on on.
All of these woman are inspirational! Stop the hateration on Bey! Keri whatever her name is not even on Bey’s level. Keri has a long way to go! I wish her well with her career. I am not even close to being a fan of hers, but I will say this, She has a goal and wants to go get it. Go get it, girl! She too, is an inspiration. She has guts to get what she want and THAT is the key! PEACE YBF ones!

But Beyonce? I think Beyonce scares Black Women. They are the only people who wishes that she would go away. Men want to bed her. Other women want to be her. The only people who don’t like Beyonce are Black Women. I think her fierceness terrifies a lot of Black females (let me stop using Women) because it calls their simple asses to front street. Too many Black Women do not demand anything from their men, and then here comes Bey. She came out asking can you help me?- can you pay something? (Bills, Bills, Bills). When DC made that song I know too many Black Women to count who were paying ALL of the bills and they had a man. They (DC) take off. Next thing I know, they talking about SURVIVING. Hollywood came calling. They scored the theme song for CHARLIES ANGELS. “All the Women- Independent, Throw Your Hands Up at MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!” The Star is shining. Okay, now she is a Southern Girl. Houston is in the dirty dirty South. I NEED A SOLDIER! Not a gangster, not a thug, not a sugar daddy, not a pimp, not a nigger, but a SOLDIER! Okay. She takes Michelle and Kelly on the best ride that they will ever have in this life and then she spreads her wings and flies solo. She gets into ME, MYSELF, and I. She made numerous booty popping, hip shaking, club thumping music in between, but ya, “gots to give the people, give the people what they want. . .” Okay. Next thing I know, it’s TO THE LEFT, TO THE LEFT. She got caught slipping- love entangles the best of us. Okay. Here comes Sasha Fierce. A woman, like a flower, has to blossom- and trying to “become” in front of the whole world ain’t no easy row to hoe. But Bey can handle it. ALL MY SINGLE LADIES, I’M A DIVA, IF YOU LIKE IT PUT A RING ON IT. These songs are all reflective of a GROWN woman. A woman in her own. A woman who is living her life and not simply existing for someone else. I think her a magnificent candidate to play Angela Davis because they are both revolutionary womanists. With Beyonce, you are either going to hear her and understand HER, or you can be shed as easily as were Michelle, Kelly, LeToya, and whatever the other’s names were. In my humble opinoin, that is what scares Black Women into hating her. Before hate, there is always some sort of fear. Too many Black Women don’t know anything but weakness. Fierceness is the opposite of weakness. I have given this hatred of Beyonce a lot of thought and this is the only thing that I can come up with. Because Black Women are the only people on the planet who don’t like her.
