Apparently Bobby Brown was once kidnapped while he and Whitney Houston were still married. According to an autobiography by former gang member David Collins (no clue on how he’s related to Bobby and co.), Bobby was snatched over a $25,000 debt to a drug dealer, and bound and gagged at gunpoint by members of a New York street gang known as the Preacher Crew. This all went down in 1993 when Whitney was at the top of her game. So everyone in their circle had to keep it quiet and never involved the cops or filed a report.
Whitney allegedly paid out $400,000 in ransom money to get him back. Collins said Whitney brought the ransom money to the kidnappers herself–wearing a wig. This ish is nuts.

Not trying to knock you, Tasha, but where’s the professionalism you used to have? If you’re gonna post the story, at least know all the facts. All you had to do to get the connection to this guy and Bobby was google it since everyone’s already reported on it. Bobby had sniffed all their drugs and they lured him to another spot by saying they had more. When he got there, they bond and gagged him. That’s when he told them if he could call Whitney, she’d get them their money. Whit showed up the next day with the 400 g’s and got him back.
