So after “South Park”’s episode making fun of Kanye West aired last night, ‘Ye says his feelings are hurt. But he still thinks that ish was funny. He spoke out on his blog today saying he’s getting his ego under control and he’s changed a lot:

Word has it Rihanna has turned to alcohol to help her cope with the Chrihannagate scandal:
“Rihanna’s really mixed up. Because she feels so distressed and helpless about the situation with Chris, she’s trying to take back some control by getting wasted and behaving recklessly. Partying stops her being left alone with her thoughts and depression.”
“Every time a waitress passed with shots, Rihanna would help herself to one. She was drinking them like they were water,” an eyewitness tells NOW. “She wants everyone to think that she’s over what happened and is getting on with her life, but inside she’s tormented. It’s sad that some of you find happiness in other people’s misery. Chris and Rihanna are both very young and impressionable. What happened b/t them was awful and the media made it even worse. Now everywhere that they go they have a constant reminder of it. And now you add to it the fact that they are “depressed” is being aired in the public? That is no one’s business. They both need guidance and spiritual advice but they definitely do not need the constant media attention and ridicule. Just my opinion but I felt like it needed to be shared.

A public apology to Rihanna after all of the legal matters would only help the media break Chris down faster. We would hear the same he’s manipulating rihanna talk. I honestly don’t think Rihanna cares what people think at this point. She only cares what the label thinks. Thats why she put that story about them “taking a break” out there. LA and Jay told her she has to cut all the CB stuff out in public.
I guarantee you won’t hear a word about what happened from these two kids mouths. I believe that Rihanna and Chris Brown have alot of joint business assets. I know they were touring together and I know they have at least one or more tour dates. That is a legal nightmare because she can’t do the tour with Chris for obvious reasons and someone has to file insurance claims.
They shared a house together and Chris help wrote Disturbia for her. Also, Chris use to drive Rihanna all around because Rihanna for some reason doesn’t drive. Chris probably co-wrote alot of her songs for her new album and she has no choice but to scrap them for obvious reasons.
It’s never a good idea to mix business with pleasure. It’s also a good idea to be independent and learn to do things for yourself. I hope Rihanna has learn a valuable lesson.

I totally disagree. I think that one of the things that has fanned the flames of this has been Chris’ refusal to acknowledge any part in it. I have seen senators, congressmen, preachers and yes even presidents get caught focking up. It’s how you handle it. Kobe Bryant got caught focking up and the first thing we saw him do was go on television and issue a tear stained acknowledgment of his wrongs and issue an apology. He manned up, accepted responsibility for his part and went to court. Chris didn’t do that. He went to ducking and hiding and refusing to speak and getting his court dates put off and trying to work behind the scenes, or at least that is what he was being advised to do. The hot pants are not on Rihanna due to the pictures that got leaked. She doesn’t have to say anything. But whomever has been advising Chris Brown has been focking him over. This happened in February. We are now in April. If Chris had manned up, he could have been working on getting past this at this stage in the game and perhaps even be back in the studio instead of in a bottle. I have bashed his ass from day one because I hate a woman-beater and a coward and Chris has pretty much proven himself to be both. I said that to say that I think that if CB had acknowledged his part in what happened and issued an apology (first to the Grammy’s because he was supposed to perform, and secondly to his fans whom he’s had to dismiss due to cancelled bookings)that he’d be in a much better place than he is right now. Kanye is receiving love right now because he acknowledged his astronomical ego. That’s all people want. An acknowledgment of your wrongs, an apology and a pledge to do better. Had CB done that, he’d be moving on back up by now.

What I don’t understand is what do you want him to acknowledge? You weren’t in that car. None of us know for sure what happen. and last time I checked he made a statement about what happened and he also apologized for what transpired that evening. If you want hime to say he’s a woman-beater then he’s not going to do that, because there tons of reports saying the fight was started by Rihanna. And she didn’t just hit him one time. True, none of us were there in the car that night, but we know what happened, Chris layed hands on his girlfriend Rihanna. It’s not just a rumor, there is hard evidence (Rihanna identifying him as her attacker, police reports, TMZ picture) which proves that Chris had physically abused her. And whether she hit him first or not, that did not give him permission to whoop her ass. Now that I got that out of the way, what I believe Devonne is trying to say is that, if Chris actually made a HEARTFELT apology (not something written from his camp) and owned up to what is already known and obvious, that the public would have been more willing to forgive him.

He’s so right, I’m a NOLA girl and YES,…Lil Wayne is the most down to earth, ‘REALIST’ person ever. I can attest to that, I met him and he not once was standoffish or unapproachable. He hugged me. Took pics w/o not even one complaint. He even talked to me for a minute and was VERY cordial. All while shooting a video ON SET at the shoot. I *heart* Wayne for that alone. I know Kanye has been through a lot and may not have the trust issue uncovered, but I HEART him too!
