Sources are reporting that Jennifer Hudson and her fiance David had a baby shower over the weekend in their hometown of Chicago. According to the Tribune:
“It was a baby shower, a quiet gathering of friends and mostly family,” singer/actress Felicia Fields, a longtime Hudson friend, said of Saturday’s get-together in a relative’s home. “They’re really trying to keep it kind of quiet.”
Supposedly she’s about 7 months along (her tummy’s been getting bigger concert by concert). And the two likely don’t know the sex of the baby as they asked their guests for gifts of the more “yellow” nature. So much for her management flat out denying this pregnancy.
And Ashanti attended the “There’s No Place Like Home” Dog Adoption Day in NYC over the weekend:

Or don’t. Because this is actually one of the hottest kisses we’ve seen in a MINUTE. Halle Berry and Jamie Foxx hit the stage at the Spike TV’s “Guy’s Choice” Awards and had everything but the sex while awards…and spit…were being exchanged:
Doesn’t it seem like Halle’s always kissing somebody at an awards show for shock value? What the hell was going on here? And I’m sure I speak for most men when I say…do we even care?

Well it’s official. All the Dream/Christina Milianengagement speculations for the last 3 months have finally rung true. The Dream and his Mili-Blonde have confirmed they are indeed engaged and are getting married. Even though they denied it semi-recently. Even when she was rocking a ring in Hawaii.
S2S ran into the couple at Keyshia Cole’s concert here in D.C. Thursday night. And that’s where The Dream confirmed he’s changing Chris’ name to Mrs. Nash. Which means Ms. Milian will become not only a new wife, but a new step-mom to his twin boys and little girl. Christina was previously dating producer Dre for several years and The Dream recently divorced singer Nivea. *waiting on Nivea’s Youtubery about this one*

Former child star (and former porn star and former “Celebrity Rehab” star) Jamie Foxworth is a first-time mom after birthing a baby boy. The former “Family Matters” actress and her boyfriend Michael Shaw welcomed son Michael Douglas Shaw Jr. yesterday in Los Angeles – a whopping ten days after he was due.
According to reports, their baby was six pounds, 11 ounces. Hopefully she won the battle against her addiction to marijuana. Reporrtedly she is hoping her new arrival will help her kick her drug demons for good. She says, “This is the best day of my life. I am so excited to be a mother and I also look forward to getting back to work.” Congrats to the couple.

Kimora Lee Simmons is in labor. And she let everyone know through–what else–twitter. No worries–this Twitter page has been confirmed by the Baby Phat site itself. She tweeted: “It’s time !! No turning back! At hospital in labor right now!! Love & Light, KLS.”
She also posted this pic of her in the hospital. And in true Kimora fashion, she’s even looking cute during labor. Looks like KiKi’s baby #3 and Djimon’s first baby is on his way out. Good luck and congrats to the couple….
