So not true….we may have perfected it, but we sure didn’t invent it…wigs went back 2500 b.c the eqyptians wore them for protection from the sun in the desert,(before we hit the eqyptians were black mark, the actual semitic white eqyptians I speak of) they were also used in the period Greece, wore for theater, Ceaser even wore a wig to hide his baldness… Queen Elizabeth wore a red one in the 1620’s and Louis XIII wore one in 1630 to give himself height and to cover his baldness……………….if Im not mistaking Roots cover the period dating back to the 1750’s starting with Kunta…
