I have to agree…she’s been looking kind of scrappy lately – at least scrappy for Bey. She’s probably beat to hell, though touring and whatnot. I mean, look how thin she’s gotten.

Just passing on the knowledge ladies. I get my back adjusted annually and my doc told me that any heels over 2 inchs will mess up your back over time. It’s ok to rock the super highs (because I do every so often) but don’t make it into a life long habit. It was kinda funny because when he told me this info I had on 4 inch heels.

Do not buy those horrid flats from old navy, gap, charolette russe, forever 21 and the list goes on. Flats are not meant to be 100 flat, they are suppose to have a 1 ich heel for back support and arch support, Those cheaply made flats are destroying our feet. I buy Designer flats because they have three things, Solid sole,1 inch heel, and a nice quality design and material. I spend about 70(on sale)-150 bucks on quality flats. I love wooden heels, I was obessed with those candy wooden heels for a hot minute. Girl let me tell you! lol! get those gel insoles, they even sell the thin ones that go with sandals now. It really helps.

I saw one chick fall at the park with her very high heels on, and the heel even broke. I couldn’t even laugh because I felt her pain. Her friend who was a big girl was rocking her high heels hard and looked like she was walking on clouds. The quality of the heel is very important also.

Yes! The only reason my mom can’t wear heels anymore is b/c she was in a car accident some years back and it messed up her back, but that’s where I get it from, at an early age I was struttin around the house in her heels! I remember those days of working in lower manhattan though and at that time, a pair of flip flops or some really cute sneakers were my best friend on that walk from the train station!

My mother gave me my first heels for Easter. When I turned 16 she let me go up to 3, but at 18 I busted out and started wearing 4 inch heels. I’ve fallen and triped numerous times before I figured out my balance.You lived in New York? cool! you feel my pain. I can’t even wear tennis shoes to work, but when I get off I put on my Puma’s and go. You can always tell when someone is a tourist because they have the wrong shows on and don’t understand that where tey are trying to go is like 5 to 10 blocks!

YES…..reality versus vanity shows through, most times. NOthing beats being comfortable especially when one has already proven they can take it off and shake it with the best of them. Good to see her in uggs (twice now). What makes it whack, though short people seem to be all over her shoe “game”, is that she never looks relaxed and yes, that really does boil down to the shoe game. If I had on the most comfortable looking outfit but wore mile sky high shoes, then laid back and relaxed wouldn’t apply. As I tell my daughter, you can still look great and even sexy without taking it all off and without trying toooo hard all the time.

Beyonce is one of my favorite entertainers. She is not only a beautiful young lady on the outside, she appears to be a genuine respectful and nice person on the inside. She is the epitome of an overall entertainer. She can sing well, dance her butt off, write her own songs and even gives her input on how she wants her videos to be portrayed. How many true artists has that ability? It is actually a shame when I hear other young women whether they are in the entertainment business or not putting her down because of her hair, clothes, etc. Why don’t we give her props? Why don’t we congratulate her on her many accomplishments, how hard this girl works, how much time and effort she puts in becuase she loves what she does and loves her fans?
