Kanye’s addition helped me to like the video a little more, but not much. I still dig the song tho.

No other version of this song should exist, Kanye’s verse is on point. Beyonce’s video concepts thes days lack luster. But i guess if you save money on filming, you have more money in the bank. Kanye is looking better everyday and even in this verse, He’s been toning his EGO down lately. Love his swagger!Y’all know Beyonce is too creatively lazy to give you a totally new remix. Especially since you know she tries to put out he whole album with just herself to increase the profit margin.(‘less them remixes are with Jay, Solo, her nephew, or mamma Tina herself!)

During the show on BET when she premiered the video yesterday she commented that when shooting videos for the “Sasha Fierce” side of the album which are more up tempo upbeat tracks, she makes simple videos…these are songs that you are supposed to dance to and have a good time, not sit around thinking about…now videos for songs like, If I were a boy, Halo and Broken Hearted girl all have “depth” to them…they have a theme, they work with the song…now if you really think about it or even care to give it some thought, it makes a whole lot of sense
