Beyonce Makes Nice With LeToya Luckett At BET Awards
strong>LeToya Luckett did an interview the other day where she told the radio host that she and Beyonce kinda kissed and made up after the whole BET performance drama. LeToya said that she caught up with B backstage and B went out of her way to go around her security guards to come speak to her. She said “Hey girl, everything’s cool it’s all good.” LeToya said they hadn’t seen each other in years before that. Looks like everything’s said and done now. Moving on…

No one even knows if that rumor about Papa Knowles is true, she doesn’t confirm that it’s true in that interview.
I like them both, Letoya & Bey, but Bey is smart, she knows that LeToya will get more attention for having a “feud” with Bey, than not. Bey squashed that.

Ummm, that’s LeToya using this for publicity! Beyonce is not going around talking about LeToya. There was never any beef between the girls. LeToya’s camp knows that using Beyonce name will cause a greater reaction. Beyonce said hi. I’m sure she said hi to a lot of folks. However, you won’t see them giving a radio interview about it.

First off, I was wondering if they ran into each other backstage because Bey’s performance wasn’t too long after (or before) Letoya’s, Estelle’s, and Chaka Kahn’s presentation. So, I guess I was right.
Anyway, we all know Bey and Letoya said more than those seven words to each other…I’m sure that wasn’t the entire conversation and Letoya isn’t going to tell us everything they talked about. But it is very good to see that these two squashed whatever it was and we still aren’t sure if the rumor about Matthew is true…it was never confirmed by anyone.
And I could have sworn that I read that Bey and Toya saw each other at the Cheesecake factory in Houston a few years ago and they hugged for a few minutes and kissed and made up then.
Also, Toya said in an interview with B. Scott a few months ago that she and Bey aren’t the best of friends but they aren’t enemies. They keep it very cordial and speak to each when they see each other at the same events.

Letoya is just trying to ride Beyonce coat tail. She and the rest of them girls including Kelly (Matthew didn’t manage my career right) Rowland should just accept that they aren’t going to be a star like Beyonce. They may have some moderate success, but they will never be superstars. Superstars are rare and Beyonce is rare. I like them all, but we all need to face reality. Like Beyonce or not but she is the star. Letoya needs to let that drama go. She keeps talking that crap because she wants some attention. I doubt Matthew would waste his time on her. It he wanted to stop her from performing, then why didn’t he stop her from presenting. It wasn’t. Letoya spoke on seeing and speaking to Beyonce when Toya was interviewed by B.Scott. She said they are cordial and are like, “Hey girl!! Those are some cute shoes” and then they keep it moving…nothing too serious. Then Bey said she saw Toya at the Cheescake Factory and they hugged for a few minutes and talked and then they left.

Ok, So I guess all of you who said Letoya mentioned it forgot the minor detail that she was doing and INTERVIEW!! I don’t know if you know what that means but someone was asking her questions. So I’m sure that she was asked about her realtionship with Bey and that’s how it came out. I don’t favor one over the other, they both are talented in their own right. My problem however is if in fact Bey is trying to stop eveybody else’s shine, she is the ultimate hater! WTF are the comments here. Did any of you even watch the damn interview? Few discrepancies:
1.) Tasha did not quote it verbatim. The quotation marks should’ve ended @ “Hey Girl..” as that is the only thing Le’Toya referenced Beyonce’ saying. She answered the radio hosts question and stated: “everything is cool/good between us.” I.E. That has NOTHING to do with the supposed performance rumor.
2.) How the hell is Le’Toya using Beyonce’s name for publicity? Someone on TWITTER asked a question: “Will you ever work with Beyonce’ on a duet”.. She said yes, and spoke of Bey’s talent.. Then, that led the radio host to inquire about the supposed drama, thus yielding the convo referenced in point number one.
I wish people would freaking listen to the damn interview before they start making conclusions. That is why there are so many rumors about celebrities anyway. People always have to gas situations up.

How many solo albums does Mariah Carey have under her belt? And how many does Beyonce have? So it’s only common sense that Mariah has sold more albums than Beyonce…but who’s really excited in the states to see Mariah these days? She’s a very great singer, she’s personally my fave, but she has ZERO stage presence and I would not pay to see her in concert, but would buy her album instead. I love MC but that’s the truth. Beyonce killed the game off of her first solo album alone…not to mention all of the albums she managed to sell while being with DC.
Now let me educate you on something…Album sales really aren’t all that important…You know why? Because most of that money goes to the record label…The artists make their money off of tours/concerts/and endorsements…And we all know Beyonce has been having all of that on lock lately.

@Laughing Mariah doesn’t need stage presence with the way she sings and belt out lyrics. That is the difference between true singers and entertainers, entertainers needs to do all that stuff, true singers don’t. Does, Beyonce command a stage, of course she does I’am not taking that away from her, does Bey have good things going for her, yes and can Bey sing too again yes. But if you compare and look at Beyonce’s achievements with Mariah’s she isn’t even close. Until Bey have straight number one hits back to back, number ones songs that rivals the Beatles, OVER 230 awards from around the world, people all over the world(not just the states) begging for her and die hard core fans, people still playing all her past CDs and still know the words, than I will shut up and give the girl her overdue props but until then Mariah still is the best in the game, the greatest female artist of our time, and I know ten years from now I will still pop in a Mariah’s CD and love it, I can’t say the same for Beyonce but that is just my opinion. Of course people are still playing her music. I am one of them..Just as I still play music from DC and Beyonce’s first album…I know many people who do, including the radio stations. Mariah was at her best back in the 90s. No female artist out today can out perform Beyonce, that is why she is requested at every award show, including the Oscars, was asked to sing twice during the inauguration, asked to headline the Essence Festival, and get thrown endorsements left and right…
Now do me a favor, go pull up Mariah Carey’s last few live performances and tell me how did she do…Because if memory serves me correctly, she didn’t do that well and a lot of people made it known. I love Mariah but she does not perform well live anymore. I have all of her hits and number ones, so it’s not like I’m not a fan…Just over the years,I’ve lost a lot of faith in her performing live or putting on a good show nowadays.
