While lots of celebs were partying it up in New Orleans during the Essence Festival this weekend, a whole lot of other celebs were partying it up at Diddy’s white party. And my sources at the party eyed Kanye’s chick Amber Rose getting extra friendly with Chris Brown. Amber was seen walking in to the party holding Chris’ hand. And they even left together holding hands.
All of this is even more interesting because Chris and his “BFF” Teyana Taylor were looking a lot more like booty buddies than BFF buddies at the party. Apparently Chris and Teyana got matching red dye jobs (that they also tweeted about) on their hair. And at Diddy’s, they never left each other’s side. Even with Amber thrown in the mix. People peeped them making long eye gazes at each other and lips getting closer than a BFF’s should. Funny that Rihanna and Teyana were really close friends before all this Chrihannagate drama went down. I wonder what’s up now…
In other news, Lauren London showed up tot he party showing off her much denied preggers belly. TheYBF.com broke the news in May about her expecting a baby. And Lil Wayne is still rumored to be the daddy.

I remember seeing an interview with Lauren talking about how she wants to focus on her career and not get caught up with a man. I was like maybe she is smart enough to do that. I hope she sets her sight on expanding her acting career and gets her focus back. She looks beautiful pregnant, but I hope she can have a father as another support system. Im not sure if I beleive all that mess about Chris Brown and those women…but I will give a big WTF to the back of his head! That is not cute Chris.
On another note, I try not to be so hard on some of these people, because I dont know them, but I have to say there is a lot of hypocrisy going on in this post when it comes to Laurens situation. For all the sh*t people give women like La La about being engaged to Carmelo for so long, calling her just a “babys mama playing house”.. at least she is in a relationship and her son has a steady home environment. I could take it even further and use Halle Berry for an example how some women hate on her for having her child without being married…but the difference beween Halle and some of these women is that Halle chooses not to get married (her man has said on record that he wants to marry her), and again at least she is in a stable long term relationship and was with her partner for at least two years before they even had a child. And again, the child will be growing up in a two parent home regardless if there is a ring included or not.
I guess my point is that Lauren, to me, is the defanition of a true “baby mama”. Someone who was sexin’ it up on a whim and ended up getting knocked up. I just feel like people are a little too hard on women like La La, meanwhile are congradulating Lauren for being in an even more messed up situaion. Now I beleive all babys are a gift from god and Lauren does look pretty, but the hypocrisy is whats getting me is all. Lets stop dogging people like La La or anyother woman who is in long term relationships and/or engaged…then giving Lauren a free pass for basically being far worse off.
