I have mixed reviews on the show. First I believe Frankie has become an alcoholic in order to tame her addictive personality. It does not help that she surrounds herself with young men that are obviously using her for her fame and fortune. As for Neffe she has been through a lot and I am happy that she is trying to get her life together. Yes she has a shit load of kids but she was married then she got caught up with a jerk and now she has found happiness again and plans on getting married. It is unfortunate that they have agreed to show their dysfunction on television but we all live it. If I had a camera following me all day you would see how dysfunctional my family is and how I as I single mom am trying to come out of this on top. It is a daily struggle let’s just hope and pray that both of these woman are able to get their lives on track so that we can see a positive ending to all this foolywang.

I completely agree with you! It’s so sad that they are paying them to act absolute fools and fulfill every stereotype that other people have about black people. I read all the comments and originally was on the BASH Frankie & Neffe bandwagon also until I actually watched the show. ANd actually, it isn’t THAT bad. Now, what we must remember, this is a show about the lives of a recovering crack addict and her oldest of 7 children, who are from the straight up hood, that share a very famous daughter/sister, who showcased them on her own reality show. With all that known, we must realize this is real! We could hide the fact that they are black and are from the hood anyway, and only accept them on TV as the Cosby’s but this is what’s real in BLACK AMERICA! Yes in many ways this is crazy, but it is real. We as blacks are trying to come up, and honestly, love it or hate it, that’s what these womem are trying to do. But do remember they are HOOD! No, they do not have college degree’s, no they are not from the best area but They are REAL BLACK PEOPLE! Let’s work together to change this and stop putting each other down! Well they have a new CD coming out today, it hasn’t been widely promoted obviously, because I just learned of it from a friend of mine calling me and telling me to go on youtube to listen to thier new single, it’s called “(My child)”. The thing about it is that the song is HOT it’s a song that needs to be put out there, and they actually have a viedo for it and all, Malcom Jamal Warner is in it. I watched on episode of Keyshia’s show, and the one episode I watched, her accountant said that if she didn’t stop buying things for her family, she’d be broke in less than two years. Y’all it is obvious and true that Frankie, after all the efforts of Keyshia, is back on crack. The stylists can’t even keep her clean enough in order to fix her weave. She shows all the signs of relapse. The difference this time is that she has enough money to support her habit. Does she secretly want to be a dude in his twenties. Why is she hanging around with all these young cats. They probably get high with her and run some kind of train on that sick woman. All we can do is pray, because this is sick television. We can talk about boycotting BET forever. We have all made Frankie and Neffie stars, because they are sad, but interesting. Actually, Tiny & Toya are not even on this level of ridiculousness. Those two seem like they’re trying to put their lives together, and Tiny & TI may not be married….but this show has made me see her in a new light. (she still need to make that union legit though).
Neffie & Frankie are on some crackish/gutter projects stuff. I mean, putting Tiny & Toya in there is like an insult to Tiny & Toya. lol. I AM SERIOUS-did you SEE Frankie in the first pic? Her children were there! Granted they’re grown & they’ve seen you act worse, but you’re supposed to be ‘clean’ now.

Wow, I just realized that the last time I saw this show NEffie was pregnant and thinking of having an abortion. For some reason, I lumped that pregnancy in with this one..so this is a totally new dude? Baby & marriage that quickly?
These 2 are always up in preachers face getting some counseling, talking about how good God has been, etc. But if you just CRACK that bible and give your life over to the Lord, there is no way you could be having pre-marital (post-1st marital?) sex and feel ok with that. This is so embarrasing. They have to be some of the most classless people I’ve ever seen in my life. BET is a black television that claims to portray black people in a good light, but it’s interesting that the only things they show us or have on there, are things that confirms all the stereotypes people have about us, shows the ignorance and foolishness of our people, encourages young black kids to be negative, and be involve in all kind of stupidity.
I don’t know why they don’t have one show that is decent and normal, where our young people will be encouraged to go to school, aspire to be the next future leader, not only the next rapper, singer or athlete, and be a good productive citizen. Now, we wonder why our community is so messed up. If BET can’t come up with something decent and productive, it should be canceled.

The posts are funny, the show is entertaining, as I’m not in their area or inside circle. What would they be doing if they didn’t have a show, carry on less extravagently. There are millions of familes like theirs, it’s the ratings that keeps the show on; and personally thought Frankie & Neffi needed their own show when Keisha was on. It has freed Keisha up to pursue her career, while the rest continue what they were doing and obviously enjoy. Also, their antics keep people tuned in to watch-even if in disgust-somebody is watching it because it makes other’s feel their lives are better. My focus is on Manny, the businessman and wish I had a client like Keyshia Cole, with Frankie & Neffi. Take care of those babies and party on until they get tired.
