Lets be honest, just because you go to the gym doesn’t mean that you are seriously “working out.” I know, because I hit the gym HARD. We’re talking about two hour sessions (1 hr of weights with 30 mins of intense cardio before and after). Most people (women in particular) are in there BSing. Full makeup, moving at a snail’s pace. I find them staring at me working out when they should be doing the same.. Because of this difference, we (from a fitness perspective) look very different, and I’m proud!
