I commend you for your honesty. I really find it unnecessary to label her as a home wrecker. No one knows what was going on in Swizz and Mashonda’s household. All that glitters is not gold. If Alicia makes Swizzy happy then so be it. Swizz only owes his loyalty to his child with Mashonda and that’s about it. A lot of people sit here and judge and forget these celebrities are human. All I REALLY care about is the music that they turn out. I could care less about their private lives. Why is AK being called a homewreaker? I though Alicia handled the question well. She stated what she felt without being rude and made it clear she would not talk about it anymore during the segment.
I’m really tired of this “jumping on the stage during someone else’s performance” nonsense. It’s getting quite ridiculous and embarrassing that fellow artists can’t respect one other when it comes to the stage. I’m speaking purely from a professional standpoint not from whatever drama happens off stage and in the media.
I’m tired of this in the same way I’m tired of people announcing the release of their album when they are suppose to be introducing the next act or award.
I’m tired of these artists using the death of their mother, father, sister, brother, child, friend, etc. as an excuse for their bad behavior. Actually I’m tired of these artists constantly apologizing for bad behavior during a televised show. How about this. Don’t do anything to be sorry for.
We know music acts have all sorts of personal drama. That isn’t anything new. But they all respected the stage and their fans. When it came to the stage all the drugs, drinking, violence, b.s., marital problems, money problems, whatever, stopped with that first note.
When an artist’s personal problems spilled onto the stage, they usually paid a price with loss of fans. Now we glorify their messes.
Kanye should have stayed in his seat. Better yet, don’t attend until you work out your demons. The incredibly obtuse Lil’ Mama should have stayed in her seat and showed your appreciation for Jay-Z and Alicia by observing that you are not only fan of the song in the room.

I hate when people say that it’s not the other woman’s fault etc etc. and some nonsense about the “state of the marriage” at the time the spouse cheats. For your information in the interview that Mashonda gave she pointed out that everything was fine between she and Swiss beatz before she found out that he was cheating with Alicia. So umm what state was their marriage in? for you to assume that they were probably fighting all the time and that led him to cheat. Jay-Z and Alicia have every right to be upset. It wouldn’t be so bad if Lil Mama would have stayed off to the side but she got right up in the mix. She should have played her position. She may have been hyped the song but some of that nerve was charged by the need to have a little attention of her own. She has been doing a lot of apologizing lately. First, she had to apologize to the LGBT community for the comment she made and now to Jay-Z and Alicia Keys. A little self-checking goes a long way.
