T-Boz has been keeping a secret. She tells People magazine that she has been battling a brain tumor for the last several years. On why she didn’t tell folks during “Celebrity Apprentice”:
“I didn’t want pity – I was there to help sick children. I’m still here. It will take way more to stop me.”
Back in 2006, the singer underwent a 7 hour surgery. The doctor removed the tumor from the brain stem by making a cut behind her ear she described. She and Chilli have made it known they are ready to make a musical comeback as well. Wow. Stay strong T-Boz!
Lakers MVP Kobe Bryant will launch his new Nubeo wristwatch line (well, the line he’s endorsing) Oct. 12 at restaurant Philippe opening in LA today. By the way, the watches are ranging in price from $21,000 to around $285,000.
The other day we posted how Kelly Rowland was popping off on twitter about the horrible sound issues at the MOBO Awards causing her performance to be bad and she demanded an apology. Now here’s the video of her performance. Damn homie…

Kelly’s voice was being strained because she had to sing louder. She sounded fantastic, her voice is just as good as anybody elses’ so what is all this about her not being a great singer? Give me an example of a singer TODAY that is out that could sound even half as good as she just did. Did you guys not hear how bad the sound quality was? She basically had to yell while singing!!!! Kelly can sing but she has no power behind her voice and she has always had volume issues. I don’t know why she picked this performance to single out, but she always sounds like this. It’s like she straining and struggling to catch her breath and get the notes out. Everything she sings on stage sounds pressured, like she is trying to hurry up and get the notes out so she can catch her breath. The only time she can really keep up is when she is singing a ballad.

Kelly don’t listen to the Haters. i think she sounded good, I didn’t say it was her best…..But as far as her leaving Matthew I think that was the best thing she could have done. His best intrest is his daughter and nothing else. Kelly’s CD was supposed to come out a long time ago however due to Matthew not promoting her like he should have done for his artist he announced Beyonce had another CD out. He’s like the Puffy of the management world, but instead of being in all his artist videos Matthew just won’t promote them to make his daughter look good.
