It’s like Groundhog’s Day with DMX and the police. Here’s video of X getting to a serious scuffle with the cops in Colorado Springs, CO this weekend.
Here’s what went down: DMX was scheduled to perform at 9pm last night. However, he didn’t show up to the venue until after 11pm. Likely due to ordinance and noise curfews…or maybe because they just said so…X couldn’t take the stage. The police attempted to prevent X, his chick, and his crew from entering the venue where the crowd was and from going on stage because they were hella late. X got all the way to the stage and was being physically pulled between his camp and 5-0. A riot damn near occurred in the crowd. No word yet on how this ended. Foolery was ensuing though….
EDIT: Some folks are reporting that the club promoter set DMX up to be late.
Damn homie. NFL baller Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson has been accused of writing bad checks to women in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York , Miami and New Orleans. We’re told most of the girls are embarrassed to confront him about the checks…until recently. A woman named Courtney Collins put Mr. Johnson on blast via Twitter and she wants everyone to know about it. She said:
“Who knew people of his caliber wouldn’t have money in a bank account to cover a check that was written by Mr. Chad Johnson.”
Is Chad just stopping payments to these chicks he’s been writing checks to as payment for their “company”? Or is homeboy just passing out these hot checks to the unsuspecting women? Either way…WTF material indeed.

A Mississippi woman has come forward saying that the late NFL legend Steve McNair is her baby’s father. According to reports:
Clover Lee claims in court documents filed Friday that McNair is the biological father of her 17-year-old daughter, identified only as J. N. L., and says the girl should to be named an heir to McNair’s fortune, The (Nashville) Tennessean reported.
The newspaper says Lee is from the former Tennessee Titan’s hometown of Mount Olive, Miss. She reportedly has asked the court that McNair’s estate, valued at $19.6 million, be required to pay “all back due support as allowed by law.”

Jermaine Jackson’s ex-wife Alejandra is filing more papers against him. She now says Jermaine has not been paying court-ordered child support reportedly totaling up to $35,550. She alleges, according to TMZ, that Mr. Jermaine has not been contributing to the needs of their two boys named Jermajesty and Jaffar. That’s tough. Name is Jermajesty but can’t even live like it. I don’t care if DMX was late or not, the way he was treated by security was ridiculous. I mean all of the profanity is highly unnecessary. At that point you can’t tell who’s causing the problems. LMAO! a few years back I was dating this cheap ass guy. He was so cheap that we could only eat out with coupons and you had to order water. Don’t even think about a nice piece of choclate cake or a smooth drink to go down with your meal. He was pushing a S class two door benz with his name on the tag, and he lived in the upper east side in newyork city. He had a loft in Buckhead, Georgia, and a small condo is LA! he was doing well for himself. Anyways, back to the story. We ate all our food and he acted like he couldn’t find his wallet, I was dumb enough to pay for the $80 dollar dinner. I left the poor waiter a 5 dollar tip because that’s all i had in my purse! he wrote me a check that he had in his car and told me to cash it first thing monday morning. You know what happened ladies! it bounced not once, but twice on my arse. He refused to pick up his cellphone, so I had something for his ass. I told all his friends how cheap he was and how I was going to small claims court! that asshole sent me straight cash through the mail a few weeks later. He sent $80.01, and he wrote down on a piece of paper, “Keep the CHANGE!” A few years later I bumped into his sorry ass in the vip room at a well known club in New York. He left this latina chick with a $500 bill and left her arse high and dry at the club! LMAO! some men are just losers. Moral of the story is to only accept cash!

At some level in life Earl Simmons (DMX) needs to grow up. I usually reserve my comments on him, as I know him and Tashera personally. But this type of situation have the potential to cause Earl some serious harm, mainly death. Forgetting the fact that he has asthma, he is carrying on like he doesn’t have a legal team. Actin’ like he is still in the hood and everything can be settled by “bumrushin”…I mean come on… the police choke hold is no joke, and when you have a situation like such (riot) they can and will use that hold to subdue a combative individual, and it wil be legally accepted. If they didn’t want you to perform, you already received $8000.00 sue them for the additional $7000.00….I mean that would have been the case if he was indeed allowed to perform although he was late…and they didn’t pay him afterwards… he would have sued, not bumrush the accountant… when will these guys act right and use their brains?….then you have this chick that he is now dating there with a child in the mix of all this mayhem… I mean really Earl… come on now…I think we all give you a pass because those that really know you, know your real struggle, and not just the narcotics, but I mean really… when do you start to grow up and take responsibility of your life and those you’ve created.
