Well somebody’s coming to Rihanna’s rescue. After singer Tiffany Evans went on a Twitter rant (Twant? T-Rant?) about Rihanna’s “Russian Roulette” track having hidden satanic messages in it, the producer of the song, Chuck Harmony, has gone on his own Twitter Rant. Check it:
There are no satanic messages in the music. Maybe if we did a remake of ‘Promise Ring’ (Tiffany’s hit single), then Rihanna wouldn’t be a devil worshipper. People are so closed minded. The song is not literal. Like most provocative art, its symbolism. Grow up. I’m never going to defend my art…I create it and then it’s out of my hands. So reviews don’t hurt me, but Tiffany’s unrealistic take on the song really irked me because idiots breed idiots. Bottom line, she is in the music business so she understands that the song is not indicative of the artist views, but rather, it’s the brainchild and vision of the songwriter and producer. With that being said, to use that song as a shining example of devil worship in the music business, you are saying that Ne-yo and Chuck Harmony are devil worshippers. Thats stupid!! That’s beyond stupid, it’s immature. Artist should understand art. So with Tiffany Evans’ rant, I can safely say that the title artist should not be part of her bio.

I can see Chuck Harmony’s point. Art is art and that is all. Everyone interprets art differently so that’s how Tiffany took it.
But, on some other ish, young ass Tiffany Evans also made a good point. Tiffany’s rant is a little longer than that. And if you read the whole rant it kind of seems like Tiffany was speaking on some Illuminati ish in a way…read between the lines. Rihanna has a lot of young impressionable fans and she should have a mind of her own. She doesn’t ever really defend her music, but then has it ever been challenged? It will be interested to see what happens. One thing is for sure, we do have the right to our opinion. I love music just as much as the next person, Im a severe music junkie however, I still believe artists have a moral obligation to the fans. Blame it on the parents if you want to but at the end of the day we all go to music as a way to console us when we feel no one else can! With that being said, do I think Rihanna has a demonic spirit? You guys this is in no way shape or form a new idea. Christians and other religious people have been saying for some time that music was used to spread satanic messages. Led Zepplin, Black Sabbath, all of the rock bands from the 70’s and such were accused of this. Especially when they said if you played the record backwards subliminal messages were there and in movies as well. It’s called a conspiracy theory. Now, whether or not this is true is irrelevant. Art should not dictate how you live your life and if it does, you are doing something wrong. There are tons of books out there to teach you about philosophies and other religions that may interest you and you may subscribe to. It is only the weak minded that allow only one source to warp their whole mind or to follow blindly behind an idea or another.
This theory of the Illuminati is not new and is very much dated. And at the end of the day, even if it IS true, what are you going to do to stop it? Hey sis, she actually DID say the industry as a whole and NOT just Rihanna. Her quote was cut off at the knees by YBF but in the original she said she wished she could reveal ALL the people who are doing these things. She never said Rihanna’s name. It’s being twisted to read as Rihanna-specific because it’s easier to do damage control in that capacity.

Most of you on here are talking about Rihanna worshipping the devil and all this nonsense. Russian roulette reflects something personal. It seems like she was somewhat referring to the negative things that she has been through this year. If you can’t understand that, then just don’t listen to her music. People are always looking for something to talk about and now Tiffany Evans, a 17 year old, has somehow started a controversial conversation.
If Tiffany wanted to make a reference to the music business having people who worship Stan, then she shouldn’t have used Rihanna as a scapegoat. If you are gonna hurl accusations around, then have hard evidence to back it up.
Music is about artistry……….and it, like everything else can only influence you if you let it. For instance, just for argument’s sake, let’s say that Rihanna, Jay-Z, or Beyonce does worship the devil and people unknowingly listen to their music, but don’t exactly realize that they have some subtle messages about satanism in their music.
Are they still influencing people? I would have to say no because those individuals are unaware of the songs true intent, making them interpret the music the way they see fit, and not how the artist wants them to interpret it. Some people seem to have forgotten that the human mind is capable of thinking for itself without following orders.
Most importantly to note is that music comes with all forms of interpretation. Tiffany Evans thinks Russian Roulette may be satanic, but another woman who has suffered domestic abuse may be able to relate to the message of the song. As I said, music is interpreted differently by people, and as long as the artist does not outright state his/her intent of a song, then everything that another person argues is purely speculative and subjective.
It’s that simple people, so let’s not jump to conclusions. I see that YBF has alot of conspiracy theorists……some uneducated ones at that.

I’ve been researching this recently, and this stuff is becoming more and more clear. Its almost so obvious to me that alot of people in the industry are satan worshipers. The producer is an idiot. Tiff is a young woman who recognizes the power that Rhianna has to influence young women. She is entitled to her opinion and did nothing to disrespect the quality of her music or production. She is merely addressing the content.

Who knows the genuine intent behind Rhianna’s new single? I can tell you who probably doesn’t . . . Rhianna. It was written and produced FOR her. Not BY her. How can she take responsibility for themes and undertones in music that she did not create? She is a prime example of everything that’s currently wrong with the music industry and a shining example of celebrity culture at its worst.
She’s like a kidnap victim with a horrible case of Stockholm syndrome. Her puppeteers (whoever they are) insure that every move she makes continually feeds the beast the created her. Its a vicious cycle and the only way it will end it if we stop supporting the mediocrity that is “her music”.
I would like to see the same amount of press and support for artists like Tiffany Evans, a truly gifted vocalist and dynamic young performer who happens to also be a strong Christian young woman. The opinion she expressed had real validity and those of us who claim to be people of God should be more cognizant of the messages we allow to speak into our spirits by the music we listen to. That’s really all she was trying to say.
No need to attack her or belittle her for telling some truth. “Out of the mouths of babes”, as they say . . .

the bigger picture is, are we going to really say music affects EVERYTHING we do? I listen alot of music, I research and breakdown lyrics, samples and everything in between - and none of it effects me enough not to love God or for me not to go to church on Sunday. Lets not use an artists as a scapegoat saying you having premarital sex or anything else that is “sinful.”
Rihanna’s song “Russian Roulette” is bigger than it being about a “gun” is metaphor about “taking a chance in love” which can also be applied to life… which I personally have done - despite the odds, you take a chance in a job, friendship, etc. If we gonna call her a devil worshiper for gun talk, Tupac is one for doing “Me and My Girlfriend”…Nas is one for “I Gave You Power” and murdering his finacee and comitting suicide in his “Undying Love” I can go all day with the examples gentlemen..lol

i was recently speaking with an acquaintance who is a big name artist who has been in the game for many years, and i brought up illuminati and specifically the concepts of monarch slavery and mind control as i had recently read an essay about how the vmas were basically one big occult ritual and it had got me thinking and reading a lot on these subjects. i asked if they were familiar with these concepts and the response was yes. i then went on to ask if there was any validity to them, and specifically any validity to claims of mind control slaves in the music industry, and they abruptly cut the conversation off right there. says a lot.
truth is stranger than fiction, do your research. the illuminati has been around for ever, and hollywood/music industry is just one outlet that they utilize to control and condition the masses. by these artists using ancient symbols associated with dark/demonic forces, they are basically accustomizing us all to such concepts, making it seem “ok” for people to emulate bad behaviours and have negative states of mind.
look at what rihannas, jay-zs, beyonces song are really telling us: its ok to be crazy and feel like you’re losing you mind, its ok to feel hatred and vengeance, god wont save you, money is everything, greed is acceptable, its ok to be a slut, etc etc etc.
most people unfortunately dont have the wherewithall to think for themselves and are susceptible to the messages being conveyed to them - if someone is always telling you that its ok to feel like you’re losing your mind and your mind isnt that strong to begin with, if you ever get pushed to that point, you probably will go over the edge because you’ve been subliminally convinced that its actually “ok”.
