Chris Brown spent yesterday afternoon decorating pumpkins with Best Buddies participants in NYC. It is a program that works with intellectual and developmental disabilities:

I also wanted to add that as a black female from the Uk where black people aren’t as established (having really experienced migration flows from the west Indies from the 1960’s and Africa 80’s onwards) Much of our Media comes from the US as we account for Just 1% of the population with 80% in london alone. My hair stylist who works in the industry actually said that she did tweak her nose. I could not believe it, and ever since she popped back on the scene I have been wondering if my mind was playing tricks on me…if she really looks different or is it just me wanting to believe the story I heard…but I guess I am not the only one who thinks her face is different.
