OFFICIAL congrats are in order for Lil Wayne and Nivea. Weezy has welcomed his third boy/fourth child and Nivea has welcomed her fourth child tonight. Lil Wayne’s other two exes Lauren London and Antonia Carter both Tweeted the news tonight:

Sweet. False alarms hit the net last week but Nivea let everyone know she was actually still pregnant. Until now.
On another note, seems like all of Wayne’s exes/mother of his children are BFFs. That makes things easy.

Tiger Woods has backed out of his own charity golf tournament scheduled to take place this week. The 33-year-old released a statement on his website revealing he would not be taking part in the Chevron World Challenge. “Due to injuries sustained in a one-car accident last week, Tiger Woods will be unable to play in the 2009 Chevron World Challenge,” the statement read.
Tiger’s alleged mistress Rachel Utchitel (who is supposedly the cause of Tiger and Elin’s alleged fight that led to the car crash in question) just retained Gloria Allred as her lawyer. Even though Rachel denies any intimate relations with Tiger. So we all know drama is about to ensue.
“I am extremely disappointed that I will not be at my tournament this week,” Woods says in a statement posted on tigerwoods.com. “I am certain it will be an outstanding event and I’m very sorry that I can’t be there.”
“We support Tiger’s decision and are confident the strong field and excellent course will provide an exciting week of competition at the Chevron World Challenge,” says Greg McLaughlin, president and CEO of the Tiger Woods Foundation, the prime beneficiary of the tournament.
By the way, Nike–one of Tiger’s largest sponsors–has stated they are sticking by him.

We’re got confirmation from several GIANT staffers and industry folks that GIANT magazine officially closed up shop today. After rumors for the past couple months that the mag would be folding, it looks like it’s officially come true.
Alicia Keys is on the December cover and we hear that issue will still be released December 15th. However, the fate of the next issue with Ms. Janet Jackson is yet to be determined. The GIANT INTERACTIVE, Inc. brand will reportedly still continue to operate under Radio One/Interactive One. And it may re-launch in a strictly web form on GiantLife.com. Damn homie. Another one bites the dust….
On a side note, I honestly hope JET can pull it together. Because the current church pamphlet sized magazine of their’s just isn’t going to cut it for much longer….

TheYBF.com has just learned that Gilbert Arenas has moved out of the home he shares with his 8 month pregnant fiance Laura Govan. According to our source, The NBA is putting pressure on Gilbert to keep this dramatic story as quiet as possible, so he may not ever address it. We’ve also learned that he is awaiting paternity test results. For which of the three children (2 youngins and 1 on the way), we don’t know. But we do know Gilbert is beyond livid about Laura’s ongoing intimate relationship with Shaquille O’Neal.
One of Laura’s good friends tells us that Gilbert and Laura have gotten into many arguments and fights where she was put out of the house for weeks.
As for Shaq, the day YBF broke this story of his affair with Laura, he took a leave from Twitter. He usually Tweets seevral times a day. But he didn’t post anything for 2 days following this explosive story. The only Tweets up until last week were PSA’s about his charity–nothing personal.
