Honestly with the exception of Keri (minus her rat tail), Keisha, Kevin Lyles, Joe, Kandi, Fantasia, and a FEW others, this red carpet was full of FASHION Disasters & amateurs! When will the people with “new” money recognize that LESS IS MORE, unless the MORE can be done with CLASS & STYLE. Let us be reminded of the days when clean simple lines with a little pop here or there just worked. Reminisce when a little black dress, a poppin shoe, and red lips was all a girl need to make a statement. (a la KERI HILSON – the rat tail). Terry Cruz(sp)-dad from Everybody Hates Chris and Joe tie for Best male look (minus the red handkerchief and too many buttons undone on T.C. Classy and classic is always a winner for men.
Keisha Knight Pulliam was very nice too but her outfit looks a bit too business exec as opposed to awards showy.
Mad people need to get stylists and/or fire the one they have have (sorry June Ambrose if you did Chrisette but she looks a mess) and mad people need to realize that every trend is not cute…for example Kim from H.O.A…your boots are hideous as is the entire look. Less is more.
