Everyone seems to use the these words loosely and not look at the meaning of it. Domestic violence and emotional abuse are behaviors used by one person in a relationship to control the other. Partners may be married or not married; heterosexual, gay, or lesbian; living together, separated or dating. now if both parties are at fault of doing the same thing that is not considered Domestic Violence. a man who beats on a woman. Woman Beater can apply to men who verbally, mentally or physically abuse women to make up for their own weaknesses and insecurities. They usually dont have much going in their lives and it makes them feel better to pick on women to make up for their failures. Now lets take this and see where it applies.
