Fri, November 6, 2009 11:43 PM
rihanna aint shit n i hope he beat her up again….on tv actin as if she didnt provoke him aint no man goin fuc u up for no reason..i respect chris for keepin some type of self respect and not exploiting the situation for publicity too bad i cant say the same for rihanna and her camp…n from the songs i heard her cd is goin to be trash…TEAM CB

REALLI CHRIS? REALLI? U DIDNT SAY ANYTHING MIGHT AS WELL U HAD STAYED HOME AND PLAY WITH U SKATE BOARD. CZ U REALLI DIDNT SAY ANYTHING HERE
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:46 PM
Wake me when this is ovah! I want them both to move on and succeed in their careers. I like that since he taped his interview, MTV asked if he had any additional comment after Rihanna had done the interview with 20/20…He said “No..I will keep what happened that night between us.”
I hope he moves on, cuz she has!
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:46 PM
To me its just funny how he has had numerous interviews and skated around the issue without going into much detail.. she had ONE–TODAY and basically went balls out on him.. That is just funny..I know its probably to protect his image because he was the aggressor but at the same time, she wasnt exactly as “innocent” as she tried to pull off in that 20/20 interview
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:47 PM
He’s not intelligent at all. He definitely needs more media training.
Hate on Rihanna’s interview all you want, but at least she gave people answers and was real about it. He’s just been talking in circles with EVERY interview he does.
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:48 PM
YOUR AN IDIOT ALONG WITH THESE OTHER IDIOTS UP IN HERE..
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:48 PM
I am saddened at the entire situation…I am very proud of CB for keeping their business private and not throwing her under the damn bus! Cause that chick really didn’t care and pretty much shitted on him on national t.v. SHM..
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:49 PM
SAY IT LOUD—SHE GAVE A REAL INTERVIEW!!! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT..
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:50 PM
“While I respect Rihanna’s right to discuss the specific events of February 8, I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us,” he said in the statement. “I do appreciate her support and wish her the best. I am extremely sorry for what I did, and I accept accountability for my actions. At this point, I am taking the proper steps to learn about me and grow from my mistakes. I only hope that others in similar situations can learn from our experience as well. Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it to God.”
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:51 PM
Chis is doing the right thing by not saying anything.Because when he does they will continue to judge him just like there doing now. This is jusr a PR stunt for Rihanna to get her album to sell. As much as I love Whitney Houston she did the same thing and look what happened her album was #1! The truth will come out soon and when it does no one will care. Peace
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:52 PM
As she should have. He’s only keeping it private because he knows he cheated, he knows he lied, and he knows he beat her up. I’m not buying that respect her privacy crap.
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:56 PM
What I wanna know is…did the other ppl in the group session have to sign confidentialy agreements so as not to sell his story or things he shares in therapy?
Cos I am suprised that no one had tried to do that yet!
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:57 PM
I honestly, feel bad for chris brown right now, nothing justifies being a hand on a woman or anyone; however, she wants a level of respect and to stand up for women and young girls that are or were in situation such as she was, then im going to need to see this when there is not an album out that is so “highly anticipated”. She also stated that she had just realized the pedestal people put her on and that she is human (that I understand) but she knows now her responsiblity toward the women and young girls that admire her. Really Rihanna? The mere fact that she can go out on the street everyday showing all her goods to the world on her “street catwalks”, what responsibilty is she then taking? Did she confess once to the abuse towards him… no she didn’t. It is a double standard when is comes to domestic violence and it is sad. Yes we as women can not do as much damage as a man can do to us but it does not make it right at all. I was in a relationship where I was violent towards my boyfriend and it was very wrong of me. And I am getting help for that. I also had a teenage cousin who was killed by her boyfriend, and she truly did nothing to deserve it. Not that I am saying Rihanna did deserve it, but that she just needs to take responsiblity as well. You want a level of privacy then create that level of privacy and dont try to destroy someone which she is doing for chris, it takes too much energy. If he fails he will on his own he is paying his dues and more im sure.
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:58 PM
#rihannaforehead
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:58 PM
Couldn’t have said it better myself…
Fri, November 6, 2009 11:59 PM
Chris is clearly making the wise decision by not going into full detail and giving more attention to a story that needs to go away, as opposed to Rihanna who is on full album promotion/playing the total victim role.
FYI, Rihanna played a role in the altercation as well. On the one hand she portrays herself as a strong/rebellious woman, but on the other hand she acts as if she is totally innocent as far as the fight is concerned. Chris has admitted he was wrong, and she should be the strong woman she claims to be and admit her part in all this.
And yeah, I will be copping that new Chris Brown CD. He is shining as a true artist right now despite it all, unlike others…
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:00 AM
BYE Girl!!! I stand by everything that i said previously…the only reason why rihanna decided to speak on the situation now is because she has a cd comin out…fake much!!! and i dont think nobody but her hype ass fans believe anything that she said tonight in her interview…
On another note i said my peace and i aint no internet gangsta so i’m not goin to go back and forth with you….TEAM CB
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:01 AM
Amazing how she straight lied to say she did not hit him at all. She should have taken accountability for HER part in the incident. Just straight left out the part about beating his ass with her shoe. Then she had the nerve to say she doesn’t know what the future holds. Get the F*ck out of here. Can we say publicity stunt for her stupid fans can go buy her sorry CD. Boo Hoo Rihanna. Cry me a River.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:01 AM
okayy so basically for the people who think that Rihanna had the right to talk about what happened; if you were abused, would you want the person who abused you to go around talking about what happened? Or would you rather keep it private and not have everyone passing judgment on either one of yall? Personally, I don’t think that she needed to do an interview but if she felt that this was the only way that she could get this off her chest, then I guess I can respect her for that. I do think Chris realizes that what he did was wrong but he needs more time to get himself together. Yes, in the interviews it does seem like he is skating around the subject but that’s because he feels like the whole world doesn’t have to know what happened. The legal system dealt with it so we need to just let it go. But I do get where you guys are coming from where you say that either he talks about the event head on or don’t talk about it at all. Because when he doesn’t talk about it, he starts stuttering and speaking in circles and it makes him look even worse!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:04 AM
Honey, none of that was ever confirmed. You along with everyone here knows nothing about what went on in that car.
And she didn’t say she didn’t hit him at all. She said she didn’t hit him FIRST.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:05 AM
AGREE 100%….Will B coppin that new Chris Brown CD TWICE!!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:05 AM
I see the differences between their maturity levels between the two interviews. Chris was not on the same level as RiRi’s. But anyways, as far as Rihanna “throwing Chris under the bus” I can see how she felt an obligation to her fans who are victims to come forth. But she didn’t have to. I appreciate that she did. No reason to protect what he did. It was WRONG. But I think due to his celebrity and the circumstances he’s learned from it.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:05 AM
You are right about her speaking out now because she has a CD coming out soon. If her fans even slightly thought she was still with Chris Brown they would not support her. Her new music is crap and the only way she would be successful was to throw him under the bus to gain her fans back.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:05 AM
I am not condoning either person’s actions- just putting that out before anyone come on saying that I am going in on Rihanna. I have my opinion and I feel that her “coming out” was way too convienant. I am not saying that it was not genuine though. I feel that it was due to her album coming out but we must all remember that there are NUMEROUS people working behind the scenes. Agents, producers, exec’s whoever direct these artists lives. They may have persuaded her NOT to say anything til now.. but at the same time, I feel that it was still to promote her album, not for the true “advocation” of young girls. We need to let this topic die, both sides have spoken..we got what we wanted..move on. I just dont understand why people act as though this is the first time its happened in history
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:09 AM
Go back and watch it again. She said she didn’t hit him at all. She said it was a verbal agreement until he turned violent. The she just thought when is it going to stop. Bitch please. If a man is beating your ass you are going to fight back. She’s liar. Too many contradictions in her own interview.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:10 AM
THANK YOU!! I wondered why DIANE had the damn police report IN HER HAND,but didnt read where Rihanna said that she hit him first. I could’ve SWORE that is what was printed on there and we all read that on numerous sites. I mean, that is why I cant really respect that interview. I just cant..Too much finger pointing without any self-evaluation in my opinion. But hey, it is what it is. He should not have hit her but she should not have hit him either.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:12 AM
I was SHOCKED that diane did not sworm in on that even though she had the police report right in her hand. We all read on numerous sites where she said she had hit him first but straight up lied about it.. That is why I could not respect that interview. Im sorry, I just felt there was a lot of finger pointing without her taking much accountability for her own actions
THANK YOU!! I wondered why DIANE had the damn police report IN HER HAND,but didnt read where Rihanna said that she hit him first. I could’ve SWORE that is what was printed on there and we all read that on numerous sites. I mean, that is why I cant really respect that interview. Sat, November 7, 2009 12:13 AM
I don’t have to watch it again. She definitely said she didn’t hit him first because I remember her calling the people who said that ignorant.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:13 AM
Sorry I posted that thing twice!! LOL.. my computer said it didnt save so I had to type it over again.. that is funny- didnt know it could do that
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:14 AM
Yeah, she did.. that is when I turned my complete opinion around of her
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:19 AM
WHO THE HELL DRESSES THIS BOY?!? WTF IS HE WEARING? HIS STYLE GETS WORSE AND WORSE EVERYTIME I SEE HIM. WHY CAN’T HE JUST WHERE A SIMPLE SHIRT AND PANTS/JEANS?
as for the situation, it’s getting real tired now. And I agree, he NEVER gives details so why does he keep doing these interviews? @least Rihanna went into details…whether she threw him under the bus or not. People wanna hear the good(in this case, BAD) stuff.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:20 AM
Tessa you are in denial or you weren’t listening.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:24 AM
This interview was ONLY done because her new music SUCKS big time. She is a publicity whore. No one was checking for her anymore so she needed to get her name back in the spotlight. She expected her song to go straight to #1. Wrong !
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:27 AM
Hit Chris? Poor Chris? Are you sorry b*tchez crazy? Did yall not see her face?!?!?! I would hope she would get some licks off on that sorry piece of sh*t!!
My shoe is not the only thing I would have done to his punk azz if he put his hands on me.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:29 AM
Wow. I didn’t realize so many of you were there the night it happened. Heck, why didn’t you all come out with the entire story earlier instead of having the rest of us wait to hear it from the two people who were actually involved in the altercation.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:30 AM
Its funny how immature people are on here… WTH is Team Chris, or Team Rihanna? Are you serious. How about its team they both get better, move on and have sussessful careers. They are only human, Chris was wrong in beating Rihanna and he knows it, so why do his fans continue to throw rocks at Rihanna?
And to mizzeboni who said “Bitch please. If a man is beating your ass you are going to fight back” You need to go take a course r educate yourself on domestic abuse…It exits when one person beats another who cant or doesnt defen themselves. If every woman was a s strong emotionally and physically as a man to fight back, then domestic violence against women would not exist!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:32 AM
Sorry for the typos, im sure you get the message either way.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:32 AM
If there is anything to be learned from this…it would be never to raise neither a son nor a daughter in an abusive household…
all the daughter is gonna do is find an abuser and the son will become an abuser
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:32 AM
Her whole attitude was too cocky for me. She did not seem sincere with her answers. Her whole demeanor was off putting. Paraphrasing some of her comments: “She couldn’t ruin her career that she worked so hard for by staying with him.” “Record company could not support someone going back.” “She could not be responsible for girls getting killed.” It was all for the new CD sales.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:36 AM
That’s the problem right there. Nobody cares about these PEOPLE! Folks just wanna hear the details. I’m with some of the folks in here that feel like she was biased in some of what she said. Big ups to Chris for keeping the events private because old girl said herself that the photo left her humiliated and sharing these details should make her feel the same. Now all of a sudden she is annoyed with him. He was her one great love and now she is annoyed with him. I don’t get her. If someone beat my tail like that annoyance is the last thing I think I would feel. But she wishes him well? She’s confused still and so am I.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:37 AM
I hope everyone can now MOVE ON. You have heard what she had to say. You have heard what he didn’t have to say. Let them get on with their lives and get back to making music. This topic should never have to come up again. Her fans will support her. His fans will support him. MOVE ON PEOPLE.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:40 AM
I have read the comments on this site for quite some time now and I just have to speak today. I really don’t have a commment just one question….. How many of you all have been physically/mentally abused by your mate?? IMO if you haven’t been through it, then you cannot speak on it from either point of view.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:41 AM
Lil Duval (the comedian) said
if yall aint realize they using chris brown livelihood to sell rihanna album yall dumb. and u part of the problem if u fall 4 it
6:02 PM Nov 5th from web
Wow. Ok, then call it how you see it.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:41 AM
CO-SIGN both lived in abusive homes and were abusive to each other. “WE WERE EQUALY DANGEROUS FOR EACH OTHER”
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:46 AM
It is making my blood boil reading all the comments on here!
I DON’T KNOW HOW YOU DO THINGS IN THE GHETTO but in the civlised world it is NOT ok for a man to hit a woman. NEVER! There is ABSOLUTELY no excuse.
The fact that most of the individuals voicing their support for this “man” are women is ASTONISHING! If that was your mother or your sister would you still support the “man” who did it?
Most of us been pushed to the edge in our lives. Those with with strength, self-control and maturity who know how to deal with it. Saying ’she pushed him to do it’ is NO excuse! Come on, you don’t have to be an educated person to understand this concept. I DO NOT condone violence against women. If you do then you are a sick, twisted individual.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:46 AM
I don’t have to watch it again. She definitely said she didn’t hit him first because I remember her calling the people who said that ignorant.
That’s one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read. Um, part of WHAT problem? The only problem there is that black people are sweeping this situation under the rug. The focus has completely shifted from what Chris did to Rihanna’s decision to speak out now. Who gives a fuck when she’s doing it? That STILL doesn’t change the fact that he beat her up. And I really think it’s just hard for people to accept that. No matter who started it, no matter how it happened, HE BEAT HER UP.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:47 AM
It’s really sad that she has to use what happen to her as a means to help sell her music. If she made good music then it would sell no matter what happened and she wouldn’t have to use her situation to gain more record sales. She has already changed her 2nd release song because no one but stans was feeling it.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:48 AM
*correction: ‘civilised’
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:50 AM
Wow, is all I can say in regards to some of this. As someone whose boyfriend beat her up at FOURTEEN years old numerous times, and was threatened too many times to count once that horrific relationship was finally over, you don’t know what it is like to go through it until you have been there. Trust me. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for any man to put his hands on a woman, NOR, is there an excuse for any WOMAN to put her hands on a MAN. And if she DID hit him first–which is still speculation because police report or not, neither has actually come out to say she has, because yes, I watched the interview and she denied ever hitting him and Diane Sawyer never pulled out the report to show the audience of her admitting to doing so–he should have walked away from the situation. He should not have reacted by putting his hands on her. When you witness abuse in your own home, you do say, “I am never going to end up like that”. Nine times out of ten, you do regardless, and I was a victim of that as well. My father never beat my mother, ever, but shoving and screaming matches were involved. You witness that, and it scares you straight, until you are in it. Whether or not this girl came out to promote an album, WHO CARES? She still has fans just like every other celebrity does, or else, she would not be famous. People are the ones who put her up there, so I guess it makes sense that we tear them both down equally, huh? You don’t have to be a fan to listen to what she has to say in regards to that night, because trust me, I will not be buying her album, I own none of them as a matter of fact, nor do I own any of Chris Brown’s music. But there are always two sides to every story, and whether or not you believe one more than to other, to say that she deserved to get hit or that he deserves this or that is wrong. And to think, all of the things happening in the world right now, such as the mass shootings at Ft. Hood, and one in Orlando, and people are still tearing each other down over something we honestly have no idea about, because none of us were there.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:51 AM
PEOPLE HAVE ACCEPTED AND WE ARE ABLE TO FORGIVE AND MOVE ON ! Why can’t you ? You are so perfect.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:51 AM
Chris is a bitch and he should be in jail I don’t give a fukk what nobody says..
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:53 AM
The shit that cracks me up about u Rihanna stans is that none of u have even taken into consideration that this b*tch has not counseled any young girls or even been to a battered and abused women shelter to spean to her so called fans! U know the ones that look up to her! The ones she is tryna be strong for?! B*#$* please! This is a publicity stunt hands down! The album is garbage along with all the single I heard! And CB will outsell trust! And…I will be coppin’ his album too!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:53 AM
Rihanna answered her questions directly
Rihanna didn’t talk about her new album
Chris muttered, stuttered and could not say how he punched, bite and choked Rihanna. He doesn’t care about protecting Rihanna privacy, he only wants to protect himself from the awful truth that beat a girl simply because of a argument
Rihanna was the victim, She has mixed feelings about Chris about which ANY common sense person could understand.
Those who want to keep that “She Must of Hit” theory need to go back to Wonderland with Alice..
She said she didn’t hit him..there is no proof otherwise so I believe her.
Chris Brown did mind talking in detail about his stepfather abuse, yet his abuse details are private..Hypocrite
Chris Brown throw Rihanna under the bus when he left her beaten in that car…on Feb 8
See Ya!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:56 AM
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:58 AM
I don’t believe she hit him, She answered directly that she didn’t hit him, Chris never accused her of hittin him, cause he knows damn well she didn’t. Chris just let the theory ride to save his flopping image.
I wonder if his mother hit his stepfather, because obviously YOU have to HIT a person, to get abused.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:58 AM
UMMMMMM can you please find where the HELL i said that.. those words NEVER came from me so you need to educate yourself on how to read and correctly identify who is speaking
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:59 AM
Keep taking the high road, until the devil fizzles out, and everyone gives her the back of their hand. Great Job! Stay Honest!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:59 AM
He didn’t talk in detail about his stepfather just that his mother was abused. He has admitted the abuse and plead guilty.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:00 AM
AWWW CHRIS KEEP YOU HEAD UP!!! GOOD WILL SEE YOU THROUGH THIS!!! GRAFFIT DECEMBER 8TH!!!! I’M SO READY!

Princess Lucifer (also known as RhiRhi) believes she can convince all the women of the world to believing that Chris is some shameful monster they should avoid! LOL LOL Since she’ll NEVER get to touch his fine body again, she is pathetically trying to keep the other women away LOL LOL WOW! she is crazy as a road lizard.
I can see her weeping when watching his show on TV when he rips off his shirt and sings “take u down” LOL LOL
he’ll never take her herpe infested puxxy down again! and that is the GREATEST revenge LOL
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:07 AM
He said his stepfather bloodied his mother nose, He admitted abuse but he refuses to say directly what he did, thus trying to downplay the severity of what he did, He pleaded gulity because he had no defense..She didn’t touched him and he didn’t have bruises, so what was his defense for beating the shit of her. He needs to stop side stepping the questions or stop giving interviews.. cause he looks like a weak lying fool. Rihanna didn’t side step because she had nothing to hide. Her face shows she was beaten the proof..
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:08 AM
Honey, no one is contesting that he beat her up. Chris was wrong, point blank, no excuses. But one really has to look at her interview, & I repeat her interview, for what it is. A PR move. Last month was DV month. Why didn’t she choose to speak on it then? Why not speak to young girls in women’s shelters? Why not personally reach out to these young ladies who’ve been through the same sh*t she has? Just talking about it makes me angry. But all the sudden she cares about all the young girls out there?? Whatever, do what you gotta do to get those album sales up. I’m done with this convo.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:08 AM
Rihanna stans are delusional if they think she didn’t hit him first. If your man got a text from another woman confirming what you suspected was going on YOU would go off on his head. POINT BLANK.
Chris Brown was wrong. He has admitted his was wrong. His career is in GODS hands and no one else. What is meant to be will be. Same for Rihanna.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:11 AM
Yeah she think she 3rd world royalty hehe hehe she too good for chris hehe hehe
there are millions of girls who would die to be beside that caramel drop, beautiful, talented, sexy chisheled man
she need a 3rd world king, and leave our men along.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:12 AM
The devil is the guy with the felon charge..the one who beat the woman..He is the one posting lame love videos, not Rihanna…You can do all you name calling hun, but it doesn’t take the FACT that Chris Brown is the evil one, the one on probation. And truefully he has a bird chest, hell 17 yr Taylor Lautner Chest looks more manly.
Chris Brown FIST is the things that make people think he is a monster…Give Chris his credit when do!
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:13 AM
BLACK MEN IN AMERICA NEED TO LISTEN TO TLC, DON’T GO CHASING WATERFALLS. STICK TO THE OCEANS AND STREAMS YOU’RE USED TO”. THEY NEED TO GET BACK TO THEIR ROOTS.

I’m so glad there are people on here NOTtaking sides on this situation, no one was in that car with them, no one can speak on a domestic violence situation unless you’ve been in one…I hope they both get the help they need, and are able to move on from this incident…it’s so sad that there are so much hate on other human beings, who without these blogs would be complete strangers…people really need to grow up…
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:15 AM
You are delusional for thinking she hit him without any proof. Please should with this “She hit bullshit”..this fairytale theory isn’t helping Chris at all.
Iam not a Rihanna stan, Iam just totally sick of the crazy Chris Brown fanatics who are making up shit to justify his violence.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:15 AM
He plead GUILTY to the charges. How is that downplaying what he did. Just because he doesn’t care to discuss it doesn’t make him out to be a liar. HE PLEAD GUILTY TO ASSAULT. Rihanna did a BIG TWO STEP. I never hit him. I just wanted it to stop. Girl Please.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:16 AM

Barack has ordered American Black men to go back to their American families and leave these foreign hussies alone. They’re learning.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:25 AM
As soon as her album hits big sales she will be back on Chris Brown’s dick. That is why she couldn’t say she will never get back with him. She doesn’t know Gods plan. So over her.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:27 AM
You Chris Brown Stan are stupid
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:28 AM
You can believe what you want, it’s a free country, and that’s fine. But I watched the exact same interview you did, mmkay? Did you read exactly what I wrote, word for word? I never said she hit him FIRST, nor did I say I didn’t believe her. I said IF she DID hit him. I heard her say she didn’t hit him the same as you did, loud and clear, and I put that in my post as well. BUT, others on here were saying that it was in a released police report that she admitted to doing so and now saying she didn’t, and that was my point. If she did or didn’t, there is no excuse for reacting the way he did, and that was my point as well. And I hope your past part is sarcasm, becuase I have been hit by my ex boyfriend and never ONCE did I lay my hands on him for any reason before or after. I never called him out, screamed in his face, never once provoked him into calling me names, ringing my house in the middle of the night just to call me a bitch and then hang up. You don’t have to hit someone to get hit first, especially when a man hits a woman. Some people are just plain CRAZY and IGNORANT, and if they don’t care about themselves, there is no way they are going to care about you and yours. There is no excuse for abuse, PERIOD, another point I previously made. I am a victim, so I know exactly how she feels, and I was much younger than she was. And I will say it again, unless you have been in that situation before, punched in the face, arms, stomach, and threatened with your life, feeling you have no way out, you don’t know.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:28 AM
i want to see chris date one of our beautiful hollywood starlets. we have so many that are beautiful, talented, and know hot to treat a gentleman. he should date a nice southern or midwestern girl like keke palmer, kelly rowland, ciara, tearri, fantasia, solange, or keyshia cole. he wouldnt have ran into this trouble with any of them. everyone of them would have been intelligent enough to know that attacking a man and acting a fool is uncivilized and a career killer.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:30 AM
i bet chris regrets he let beautiful, talented, intelligent lady jordan sparks get away.
sure voodoo queens are beautiful and exotic, BUT THEY ARE DANGEROUS!!! AND NOT WORTH IT!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:32 AM

Sat, November 7, 2009 1:34 AM
Princess Lucifer (also known as RhiRhi) believes she can convince all the women of the world to believing that Chris is some shameful monster they should avoid! * sigh *
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:39 AM
@scaredstraight
Starlets will not date chris??? Is that you lonely love starved rhianna and your wishing hate from the world on chris again? Any starlet in hollywood will date chris. that rihanna has even turned off the old starlets who were supporting her. go put your damn straight jacket on and go to bed.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:40 AM
Chris good luck with your “FAN appreciation” tour. I already have my ticket. Do you and don’t let Rihanna’s drive for CD sales get you off your game.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:42 AM
I just think that at the end of the day it is a personal matter that we have no business even taking part in and as far as Chris Brown is concerned he makes good music. I am tired of people prying and getting into things that do not concern them. If you do not like his music, do not listen to it, if you do not like his lifestyle, then do not pay attention to it. Although I do not condone any domestic violence or hitting women, justice has been served and he has payed for his mistakes just as any other person in this country who breaks a law.Chris Brown is a human being and deserves to live his life as one. Not some fantasy man that can only do what the public and media wants him to do. He did the crime and payed for it. Life is too short to keep dwelling on the negative. He has apologized and to me he has paid the ultimate price. At least when some joe shmoe beats his wife its not broadcasted around the world. You hear the numbers and those are just the cases that are reported…so go knock down every one of their doors. Chris Brown as well as any other entertainer is here to do one thing and that is entertain. You should expect no more and no less. He is great at what he does and he should pay for what he did. Apologize to those who are owed and get back to workin it out for us because nine times out of ten half of yall on here are listening to this man on the radio and jammin to his cds and what not so just let it go.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:43 AM
Nobody can understand your stupid ass. Chris Brown’s career is just fine. Check the billboard 100 for him and rihanna and see who is waaaaay higher on the chart.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:46 AM
Well, I hope that Chris and Riri will have successful careers. They are young, beautiful and talented. I wish them both the best. As long as they put God in their lives and humble themselves, they will be fine :)
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:47 AM
Is it me or is Rihanna giving her best Sharon Stone,Basic Instinct????? Some times two good people together make a very bad couple…..
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:47 AM
SMH LMAO……This Lil B!tch Boy need to go away and Never return…With his wack azz…..
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:47 AM
i so concur
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:49 AM
LOL, you seem surprised… Immature celebs with immature stans
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:51 AM
Honestly, I don’t care about Chris’ career. I’ve said it before, that I won’t be supporting him, and for that I had a few “insults” typed to me. By me saying this, i’m not saying I hope he fails, falls off a mountain, then dies a slow horrible death. I would never hold it against someone for thinking either way. I respect that we’re all allowed to think differently about the situation.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:51 AM
Rihanna did not throw Chris under the bus. He threw her under the bus a long time ago when he beat the sh*t out of her and left her on the side of the road. He flipped her life upside down and she will probably have emotional scars for years to come. He does not fully understand the pain and damage his actions caused as seen by all these ridiculous interviews he keeps doing. Her one interview on the hand could save young girls lives.
Sat, November 7, 2009 1:57 AM
She should have been trying to save young girls lives months ago. But wait, is my a CD dropping in a couple of weeks ? Oh yea, lets write this script. Say you want save some young girls lives. Wow that sounds good let’s go with it. And get teary eyed when you talk about the young girls getting killed but stay stone cold when you talk about your feeling for Chris and what happened.
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:10 AM
I can’t believe the comments on this site!I don’t care if Rihanna might have provoked him or hit him first.Chris had no right to put his hands on her!I applaud Rihanna for saying what happened that night.Unlike Chris who doesn’t want to clearly discuss what happened that night because he knows what he did to her was wrong.Wheather u like it or not,Chris Brown got some issue..major issues and people need to stop defending him like his the victim or something.Rihanna is the one who has internal scars, like she said: men who abuse women don’t understand how physical abuse goes beyond the physical injuries.I’m sure she thinks about it everyday and I’m sure she has nightmares about that night. To all the Chris Brown fans…go ahead and buy his album…whatever, but stop condoning what he did to Rihanna and making up stuff to justify his behaviour. No man has the right to beat the crap out of a woman…seriously!!!!!!!!!And if u don’t agree with this then u r SICK!!!!!!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:18 AM
All the ignorant comments that show no sympathy for a woman who was battered inspired me to finally blog on this issue. I pity some of you people. You are the reason violence in our communities still exists.
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:21 AM
After watching the 20/20 interview Rihanna did and Chris’s MTV interview, it is sooo clear to me that those two children are still in love with each other. Listening to her story, three things are obvious. First, she left out parts of the story because we all know she hit him as well. Second, deep down she is more upset about him cheating than the actual incident. It was written all over her face! Third, the only reason they aren’t together is because she didn’t want to lose her “empire”. I’m DEFINITELY NOT saying what he did was acceptable, he did take to another level! However, I don’t feel it is right for people to make her the spokeswoman for teenage domestic violence. Basically, she had to throw him “under the bus” to make the media and society feel better about themselves and their situations. Last thing I have to express is everyone’s comment once a beater(cheater, too), always a beater. NOT TRUE! That is saying that a person cant grow, develop, mature, and change. UNACCEPTABLE THINKING AND RATIONALE! I hate when people say that as we know nothing is 100% permanent but death!
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:27 AM
ok rihinna said even if I hit him he still had no right..what??? the best thing for her to do is ADMIT they both was WRONG I have two sons and Im not going to say its OK for a women to hit them because she is a WOMEN Rihinna is lying she was pulling and hitting on that man while he was driving she dont want to tell the TRUTH because she dont want to tear down her image
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:31 AM
WELL PUT!!! “applaud this person”
Sat, November 7, 2009 3:12 AM
Really?! You are an ignorant piece of crap. How dare you condone domestic violence. These Chris Brown fans are delusional. HE WILL NEVER DATE YOU! So delusional.
Team Ri Ri!
Sat, November 7, 2009 3:15 AM
Exactly. I am just amazed how ignorant people can be. Domestic violence is not ok. Women across the world experience it and many die from it. How dare people make excuses to why it’s ok for Chris to hit Rihanna.
Sat, November 7, 2009 3:30 AM
chris say she hit you first we all know it she was the aggresser she likes too fight
Sat, November 7, 2009 3:52 AM
IT’S SO SAD THAT WE AS PEOPLE CAN TAKE AND DAMAGE 2 KIDS NAME AND CALL THEM ALL TYPES OF HORRIBLE NAMES AND TAKE SIDES. THIS SHOULD BE THE TIME WHEN REAL MEN STEP UP AND PUT CHRIS IN HIS PLACE, AND SPEAK TO OUR YOUNG MEN ABOUT THIS SITUATION. THIS IS WHEN WOMEN SHOULD BE STRONG AND UNLIFT EACH OTHER. INSTEAD OF PUTTING ONE ANOTHER DOWN WE SHOULD BE PRAYING AND TEACHING. THEY BOTH NEED SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE. SHAME ON THE RECORD EXECS USING THESE KIDS TO MAKE A PROFIT. THEY BOTH HAVE ALBUMS RELEASING! THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN OUT THE SPOT LIGHT AND PARENTED.
Sat, November 7, 2009 4:32 AM
She gives an interview, playing a soft-spoken Little Miss Innocent as if she has done absolutely nothing wrong and it’s disgusting. Remember the interview in which she bragged about breaking a bottle over her brother’s head or face? She was known for her violence before any of this happened. I truly believe that she attacked Chris Brown while he was driving. And here she is telling Diane Sawyer that she is embarrassed to have fallen in love with ‘that person’ as if Chris Brown is some type of monster. Chris Brown needs to stand up for himself and tell the truth about what really happened-including Rhiann’as violent role in it-instead of giving these sorry little interviews, slouched in his chair saying repeatedly that he doesn’t know why he did it. Rhianna’s team, along with white bloggers and certain media and the likes of Sandra Rose are trying to DESTROY this young man. He does not deserve this. She is not innocent and she is not a ‘victim’. She said after it happened, she turned into Britney Spears. She turned into Britney Spears because she paid her reps. to notify the paps so that they would photograph her every time she walked down a street, to keep her name out there so her star wouldn’t fade. This is a joke
Sat, November 7, 2009 4:40 AM
um why am i seeing comments where ignorant people are saying that men don’t just hit women for no reason, ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I am not saying that that thats what happened in this situation but some of you young girls are just plain stupid they have men that jump on women for no reason at all thats what abuse is, some men just hit and beat their wives cause they had a bad day at work, come home drunk and beat down their wife and kids, i mean do u honestly think a man just HAS to be provoked to beat up a woman?
Sat, November 7, 2009 4:54 AM
boo hoo! lets make the abuser the victim. cue the violins. shut up ike turner!
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:16 AM
I watched all of Rihanna’s story…none of CB’s interview. Allow me to explain why:
Chris Brown’s PR & Management team needs a major overhall. I think it’s was very disrespectful that they would not allow Rihanna to have her moment alone speaking from her perspective without trying to distract people from watching her speak with the MTV interview. Don’t think the above average didn’t notice that sh*t! She didn’t try to counter at the same time on YouTube when Chris Brown’s YouTube video was posted. Rihanna did not try to schedule rebutals on Larry King after Chris Brown went on. She allowed him to have his time. This is extremely distasteful, and very disrepectful to Rihanna in my opinion. It has pushed me away from wanting to purchase anything associated with his camp. Chris’ team is clearly focused on doing whatever it takes to increase sales, so they can continue sucking his blood. Chris is feeding a lot of, obviously, greedy industry folks, trust me.
I understand Chris is merely doing what he is being told. However, his team is failing him, whether he sales or not because they are actually damaging his character more. Real men know when to be silent, and when to speak. This was Rihanna’s time, and disperately trying to get their 2 cents in, at this juncture, is simply another slap in Rihanna’s face.
Also, don’t focus on the people who are making ignorant comments on here stating it was “Rihanna’s fault” etc. It’s crystal clear that these people are more than likely abusive as well, and those negative comments are a testiment to that. Trust that they too will reap what’s due for their ill words; GOD never misses a beat.
We are clearly living in times where so many young boys (in particular) have become the walking dead (reflecting on the gang rape of the 15yr old). This is another reason why filmmakers make so many films about “zombies” and the “walking dead.” It’s a reality in so many forms, and this situation is just another example of that reality.
The One & Only,
T. Moore
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:17 AM
Why you want Chris Brown to beat these girls. Why you want to introduce a woman beater into keke palmer and ciara’s life. You know Keyshia had a hard life, and probably STILL iswith Frankie running a muck but damn, I don’t wish disfunctional men on none of them.
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:32 AM
Chris is trying to move forward, I repsect him for that, he has so much to learn and work on. It takes time, but I’m sure there will be a day, when from a grown man perspective, he can reflect.
Keep ya head up.
Sat, November 7, 2009 6:59 AM
rihanna aint shit n i hope he beat her up again….on tv actin as if she didnt provoke him aint no man goin fuc u up for no reason..i respect chris for keepin some type of self respect and not exploiting the situation for publicity too bad i cant say the same for rihanna and her camp…n from the songs i heard her cd is goin to be trash…TEAM CB
you are a f*ng asshole. that di*k face of yours deserves to get beaten up by Chris Brown as a matter of fact. Go and crawl back into the nearest hole/ rock cos clearly that’s where you come from. Stupid lowlife bi*ch.
Sat, November 7, 2009 8:41 AM
All this interview did was confirm the immaturity that Rhianna talked about on 20/20. He seriously seems like he doesn’t get it…and all of his stupid “Team Chris” fans don’t get it either. You are the company you keep, and Chris Brown is exactly like his immature 16-year-old fans. I wish they all would grow up already.
Sat, November 7, 2009 8:49 AM
he is so full of it
Sat, November 7, 2009 8:50 AM
u r clearly a hater, thanks for the fire hater
Sat, November 7, 2009 9:24 AM
i believe chris knows he was wrong & is making ammends. when he is fully grown& learnt from this i think he will make some young lady very happy
Sat, November 7, 2009 9:24 AM
I really believe we need to address this situation as a whole and lets stop the team CB and RiRi, this a sad situation for them to be in as young people and they both will need counseling and guidance to move on…as a parent it very saddening to see young people in this type of situation and I cannot believe this is easy on their mothers..I say to the both of them hold you heads up and work on yourselves…forget the pressures of being a role model, you dont need to parent anyone kids…thats the parent job to do…God bless
Sat, November 7, 2009 9:34 AM
Raechele, I agree with you 100%, these are children, Diane Sawyer and the rest of these old fools ought to be a shame of them selfs
Sat, November 7, 2009 9:47 AM

Sat, November 7, 2009 10:17 AM
Everyone is saying that Chris should have never let himself get so angry to beat her up…..I agree. But u should also never let yourself get so angry that you would hit someone!!!
Rhianna could have been telling the truth but she seems like a person who would do and say anything to win. Why did she feel that it was necessary to put her mother and father’s business out to the world. Did she think about how that would make them look? Y would she do that. Chris stated that he didn’t want to put her business out there like that because he respect her. Why did she feel the need to throw him under the bus???? For album sales that she probably won’t get now because everyone clearly sees how spiteful and evil she really can be. She should have taken the high road…………..
Chris please do not respond to that video with anymore details. You should have already known that you had to work extra hard to build yourself back up so continue to do so. Karma is real and it will come back around!!! Trust me. You don’t need to say thing else. It’s gonna eat her alive and she will have to deal with that
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:27 AM
Rihanna is wicked and like she said, “She has to protect her empire, so Fuck Chris Brown.” Dirty Rihanna I’m so over your lying ass.
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:30 AM
I looked at the Chris Brown interview and he’s saying that the incident between he and RIhanna should have remained private….Uhm….well CHris didnt keep the violence between his mom and his step-dad private. If he fully accepts everything then he needs to be open about that too and not try to hide anything…I mean the details have already been put out there by Rihanna anyways…so for him to sit there with a twisted tongue and not much to say is just dumb…..I have lost some respect for Chris Brown here….
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:37 AM
so if he had killed her then it ok because she might have hit his first. are you people crazy? I am straight disappointed. Chris plend guilty people. You don’t do that unless you did something wrong. HE PLEND GUILTY….WHY WOULD HE DO THAT IF WASN’T IN THE WRONG. OH KNOW WHY.
she was screaming bloody murder. Her face and body was jacked up. Oh and he left the scene of a crime why she was in the car bleeding. on and best part. he had no bruises when he turned himself in to the cops. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE. THAT A CRIME. on but wait. ALL THAT WAS RHI-RHI FAULT. Lord help us.
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:41 AM
i like the interview moreso for that fact that he didnt get into details about what happened. It’s none of our business!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:47 AM
____________________________________________________________
none of this ish is any of our business. i dont get why ppl want to be all up in these people’s business. at the end of the day they go back to making their millions and enjoy the fabulous life while the ordinary people are sitting here worrying about them when they dont even remember us.
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:50 AM
Do any of you (and there were plenty more) think about CB’s punishment? No jailtime at all! No time served! Its not because he is a celeb because the justice system would love to lock up as many black males (celebs or not) and throw away the key! The judge was a woman! To me, that speaks volumes about the REAL details of the case. It has been proven that the ploice report that was leaked is the report of Rihanna’s account of how things happened. I am no Chris Brown or Rihanna stan but lets all re realistic! If every last one of you can be 100% sure that this girl came out with the “truth” because she needed to heal… then I will step down! If she wanted to heal its an amazing time to do so right when you drop two singles and are about to drop an album.
Now, in no way am I saying CB was right for gettiing her like she was (via the picture that surfaced) however, is it so hard to fathom that maybe he suffered from a case of “battered woman syndrome” but instead he was a man? Women get away with murder all the time or assult because they suffer from this. ITs when they snap from so much abuse (be it mental or physical) to the point that they snap! He may have defended himself before but think about the anger that can be built up inside a person (man or woman) who keeps trying to relinquish a situation that violence is being used. WE have heard out of Rihanna’s mouth that she herself is used to using EXTREME violence (busting bottle over brothers head). Its natural for someone to react as such CB did. But just because its natural doesnt make it right! In the end… I hate hearing “It doesnt matter if she blacked his eye before… men shouldnt hit women!” Hmmm… double standard?! But then we, women, want to scream we are equal to men! I am pregnant and if my child is a boy he will know he is allowed to defend himself by using necessary strength to restain the person (maile or female). If its a girl, she will know, do not ever put your hands on someone if you arent prepared to get hit back. While man arent supposed to hit women, the same should be for women, dont hit a man. I wont raise my hand to my husband bc I kno the second I do…. he has the ability to knock my ass flat, even if I believe and know he would never hit me!
Thats it!… Ok Kanye is DONE commenting on this issue… hopefully this will all go the hell away now because Im damn tired of this debate!
Sat, November 7, 2009 11:28 AM
Cool MTV Interview about Chris Brown.
Sat, November 7, 2009 11:46 AM
i hope to god your not a woman or anything like this happens to you. GOD! stick to the fucking issue at hand! STick with facts and not made up assumptions ad suspicious.
Sat, November 7, 2009 11:55 AM
you speak the truth. agree with your take so very much
Sat, November 7, 2009 11:58 AM
I will say this and say this once….no woman deserves to be beaten… noone was there with them that night.. there are 2 sides to this particular story… no matter how much a woman provoked a situation she should not be left battered and wounded… UNACCEPTABLE.. but i will say is that this situation has been goin on a while between them.. this incident is not the first… she played a role in this particular situation… maybe 10% but she played a role.. if either of them really want to help .. either spill all the beans or just be quiet about it already.. ~TEAM ME~
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:06 PM
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:23 PM
LOL I don’t even think Sway wanted to do this interview. He’s probably “boy please I can see right through your BS. Trying to make yourself look like you’ve learned something. Just sorry you got caught!!!” lmao lmao
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:25 PM
CHRIS BROWN IS JUST SORRY HE GOT CAUGHT.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:34 PM
STOP!!!!!
Chris speaks in circles during interviews because he knows there is no excuse for what happened on Feb. 8. His interview with Sway involved questions about how he is growing from the situation and what steps he is taking to progress in a positive manner. There were no questions that candidly questioned what EXACTLY went down that night. We know due to a police report and the infamous photo of Rihanna’s battered face that CB was the agressor, and Rihanna was the victim of a Domestic Abuse case. At this point in time, interviews do nothing for Chris. He needs to really come to terms with the severity of what he has done. His body language shows me that he is still a child and not quite gripping on to the severity of his actions. With time however, comes maturity and growth and in the long run I EXPECT him to truly grasp on to how serious and life-changing this experience is.
He was NOT thrown under the bus by Rihanna. She was able to articulate the truth in an interview. He hasn’t nor have his lawyers disputed anything that Rihanna has said during her interview. He plead guilty. There is no way around these FACTS.
Unless you experience the situation for yourself, you really have no insight on what happened. Because of my recent experience with my ex-boyfriend, everything she said made complete sense! I am 21 yr old college student, and just recently broke out of an abusive relationship. I’ve never been beaten to that extent but I have experienced slaps in the face, being choked while driving, spit on, etc. These are all things that I was in denial about until I really looked at it like she said, in 3rd person. I was completely un-aware that I was putting my life in danger with this man. I realized that I’m young and deserve better. I have parents who’ve been married for 30yrs happily. I never imagined that I would experience such emotional and physical abuse by someone that I deeply loved.
So please stop it with these ignorant posts. It takes time for these type of wounds to heal. I’m healing and happy with my decision and Rihanna seems to be as well.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:35 PM
u bish!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:37 PM
this little boy is so clueless! so immature! so inarticulate! why wont his people coach him before he goes and shows his ass during these interviews… he still DOES NOT GET IT! he WILL do this again! without a doubt.
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:43 PM
thanks but say plead not plend sweetie!he said he was sorry and he is dealing with the consequences, she is dealing with the emotions we all need to think about people we know who have been beaten male or female, the hitter is always wrong regardless of who started it,once a beater usually a beater again(i’m not saying chris will beat someone again) btw: most violence against males in in the high school to young adult ages so not all 35yro women are beating up 36yro men look at the facts!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:51 PM
All I did was point out facts and you NEVER once heard me say what I say is law! I cant deal with people who believe a man shouldnt hit a woman no matter what! And for the record… I have been in a similar situation (as I said in a previous post) therefore I know exactly what its like when a man feels threatened and defends himself! I WAS THE AGGRESSOR and the only one who ended up in jail was my bf! I was woman enough to admit to the police that I had a hand in why things escalted the way they did. So dont come to me with that “I pray to God nothing happens to you”. Its called common sense. We should all use it! Dont hit unless you want to get hit back. Man woman or alien!
Sat, November 7, 2009 12:51 PM
Ok i admit that there may be some ignorant people on here that get a kick out of writing stupid and immature comments but I am not one of them. I carefully stated that I did not CONDONE ANY domestic violence, whether it is male or female. I did not watch Rihanna nor did I fully watch Chris Brown. Answer this one question…We all have choices to make right? Well Rihanna made her choice as well as Chris Brown. Was their relationship built off of abuse, or was this just a one time occurrence? Was their relationship even real? Did Rihanna provoke him and he lost his cool? No one knows the complete details of the matter and all we can do is speculate. But I will tell you that no one that is that deep in the public eye goes totally ape on someone for no apparent reason. With that being said how can we even take sides? Why are we even commenting. Don’t you know that for every appearance that is made by one of these stars, it is a payday for them? Don’t you know that at the end of the day all that really matters is the bank account for SOME people? First of all I am not on team Chris or Team Rihanna, but I will say this. What he did to Rihanna was absolutely not right , but you better believe that in MY opinion if she was really that distraught and traumatized about the situation she would not allow her business and personal woes to be the front page of every magazine and news station. It would have to come to an end at some point, but instead she is milking the cow while she can and that is just My opinion. She can play the victim for only so long. At the end of the day we are all humans and it just so happens that she was blessed with a gift, but there has to be a point in your life when you have to sit back and think about yourself and not fame or money and to me since the whole incident I have been seeing more and more of this girl. I’m just saying. We fuel the fire just by keeping this thing alive. Chris Brown may have some deep internal issues but how would you like it if you are at work and all you hear from your co workers is that you have problems and you need to work it out and they don’t want anything to do with you and the people you used to kick it with in the break room was thru with and didn’t talk to you anymore? This man has the whole world doing it to him. I do not support his violence but I do support his recovery because having just one close person sour at me is a problem so I am wishing him well and I hope that people can get over the fact that he too makes mistakes and is not perfect as any other in this world. Just because he can sing and dance does not make him untouchable people.

Nelle912… are you kidding me?? did you and chris brown go to the same circle talking coach or what??
you say you “don’t CONDONE ANY domestic violence”, yet then you point out that there must have been a REASON for him to “go totally ape on her”. you say she’s “playing the victim” yet the photos from that night, clearly illustrate she WAS in fact the victim! why are your negative comments towards her as opposed to her attacker??? You say you dont “support his violence” but you “support his recovery” and my question to you is what have we seen or heard from him that speaks to any shred of sincerity or growth??

It was the best interview Chris has done so far. It was very focused on the things he went though after the incident. Chris seemed to be relived to be more expressive on the subject. And it showed that Chris is kinda still a kid. He does silly stuff without thinking(the oops chain), but at least he is able to admit it.
I think they both did great interviews and I hope they are both able to overcome the events in February. Good luck to them, these two are really gonna need it.
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:03 PM
some people will just never be pleased..how you going to say he speaking in circles, but then not want this interview to be scripted?!??? understand that when you having a conversation with someone and they keep asking you questions about the same situation your answers(if your telling the truth) will be similar!!!!! i would rather listen to him speak in circles then listen to him read off a script!!!duh!
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:08 PM
for allthe people who saying Team Chris and ishh like that, if you were Rihanna in this situation would you feel the same way? You have to look at both side of the situation. Even if you don’t like Rihanna would you really wish something like that to happen.
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:14 PM
I guess its the same reason that you are all up and thru this blog trying to regulate. I have a right to my opinion and I gave it….if you dont get it, I cant help you. sorry.
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:22 PM
yall hatin on Chris…u knw who the real victim is? REAL BATTERED WOMEN that Rihanna is making gimmicks out of with all this BS for album sales……her story is real but not sincere…big PR stunt…abused women need a better representative than this fool, she never claimed to be a rep yes but the way she on her,
Hi My Name Is Rihanna and I was abused and overcame my situation u can too, to all the young women in that situation i …blah blah blah. ‘
Fck outta here, what she real means is,
Hi My Name Is Rihanna, I was abused, even if u dont like my music, buy my album. It will help me heal faster
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:55 PM
This was the best comment I’ve seen so far. It doesn’t matter what provoked Chris, the fact is that he beat her senseless. He didn’t just push her away or knock her down. There’s absolutely no excuse.
I do however commend him for taking responsibility and acknowledging that he was wrong. My very strong dislike for him has now decreased.
Sat, November 7, 2009 2:59 PM
chris brown is a child guys…i keep 4gttng that he speaks like a teenager and not a man….i wish him and riri the best!!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 3:03 PM
What do u mean she can’t play the victim role for too long!!!She has not been playin this role at all.Btw she is the victim in this situation. She is the one who got beaten up.For your info,it is Chris who is allowing his business and personal woes to be the front page of every magazine and news station. How many interviews has he done so far???Yeah exactly!Rihanna only spoke for the first time after the incident on her 20/20 interview. So I don’t understand how she allowed her business and personal woes to be in front page of every magazine and news station!?!
I’m glad Chris is gettin the help he needs, but that doesn’t take away the fact that he was able to beat the crap out of woman until she bled.It tells u alot abt a person!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 3:15 PM
i prefer this one to his larry king. he seems more comfortable nd open
(side note: SWAY NO DREADS!!! OH MAN why isnt the media on this?? lol)
he still maintains his stand point of its private nd how its between them. good. nd hes takin full responsibily nd doing wat he needs to do to better himself. good.
what more can he do but improve, stay positive nd work on himself. he cant go beat himself up nd be bitter lik others wuld. you always have to be positive that god will make things brighter. mopin nd all that does no one any gud. :)
(p.s. crawl is a cute song)

Women who support this clown are naive.. He is a savage.. I can’t believe people suppport his actions. NO MAN HITS A WOMAN.. That is Uncouth!
Sat, November 7, 2009 3:26 PM
I pray they both have learned and healed! I wish them both the best!
I would love to see them to do a sit down interview w/ Oprah *sips tea*
Sat, November 7, 2009 4:37 PM
I’ve been abused before by my ex husband but I forgave him and we are still friends today. What i’m saying is both need to move on pray for forgiveness and leave things as that. Rihanna just left out parts and is seemingly only doing this for album sales and trying to bring down CB’s album sales. Its not right to put your hands on a girl but girls shouldnt abuse guys either. Its kinda funny how you can drive and beat the living crap out of someone all while driving. She had to have kept punching on him and such until he stopped and whooped on her. She could have easily gotten out the car long time ago
Sat, November 7, 2009 4:59 PM
im so saddend by some of these responses to the email. no matter what rhianna does someone is going to go hard on her. bfore she was fucked up for not speakin on it now she is fucked up for speaking on it. i could have sworn chris brown has an album comin out and hes done quite a few interviews and came out to the public but yet no one is goin hard on him and he did the most damage to the point where she could have been killed. i work for a domestic abusive center with teens and it saddens me to c what this has come to. ignirance is not an exscuse neither is violence period.
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:11 PM
All I can say is wow…..
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:12 PM
regardless of whether Ri-Ri was lying about not hitting CB, she did NOT deserve the beatdown she got. Judging by the looks of it, if she did hit him back, he definitely hit back harder and more often. and also, maybe she didn/t hit (and was telling the truth) we weren’t there. we don’t know. Chris is STILL not believable. I’m sorry… He can’t even mention her name when he discusses her. I feel the sympathy is only to get people that are “on the fence” about this situation on his side and possibly get them to buy his album…. I’m not buying it!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:15 PM
Nelle: I just think that at the end of the day it is a personal matter that we have no business even taking part in and as far as Chris Brown is concerned he makes good music. Apologize to those who are owed and get back to workin it out for us because nine times out of ten half of yall on here are listening to this man on the radio and jammin to his cds and what not so just let it go.
i so concur
I absolutely agree with you two!!!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:29 PM
uh uhhhhhh. Chris has them crazy eyes.
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:29 PM
uh uhhhhhh. Chris has them crazy eyes.
Sat, November 7, 2009 5:56 PM
Wow I can’t believe someone of the comments on here. Chris really just needs to stop talking about the situation and Rhianna period. His interviews strictly needs to revolve around the “new” Chris Brown. Please let this shit go. He is beating himself up before everybody else. Rhianna did not deserve this no matter what. You people…
Sat, November 7, 2009 7:51 PM
I DON’T TAKE SWAY SERIOUSLY…AT ALL!!!
And who the HELLLLLLL named their child Bensonetta Tipton Lane?????
Sat, November 7, 2009 9:58 PM
Well he’s still not saying much but this is probably the best interview he’s done so far. 1 for 3. At least he sounds halfway articulate in this one and doesn’t have someone instructing him on what to say.
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:05 PM
typing this just to say i didn’t watch it just like the last one mehh.
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:17 PM
LETS MOVE ON!
We all have a past and if you know better – you’ll do better. I don’t judge him or Rhianna. They’re both at fault. Apologize was in order and it was done. Chris apologized, did his community service and is making efforts to help those in domestic violence.
I love you Chris & Rhianna the same.
EVERYBODY MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sat, November 7, 2009 10:23 PM

Sun, November 8, 2009 12:34 AM
Finally someone with the same feeling, Indeed I do believe her
Sun, November 8, 2009 1:49 AM
OOOOOk some of you have small minds that can not see past the surface….first of all I did say that FIRST and FOREMOST before anything that I do not in any way support what Chris Brown did…that means that I do not like it and I will never defend him for his actions. I did say that I support his RECOVERY which means that I am a human being and I am fully capable of realizing when someone has made a mistake. I DO support his recovery 100% as well as Rihanna’s, I will never wish failure on anyone especially someone who has worked hard to be in the position that they are in. ESPECIALLY not someone whose GOAL and career is based off of what makes me happy when I turn the TV on or the radio. But one thing that I do not support on Rihanna’s behalf is the fact that she is using her “VICTIM” status to promote and advertise herself. HE beat her until she bled, yes that it horrible, however when I said that there must have been a reason I meant that if I am riding down the street with my wonderful woman, and we are on the way to the GRAMMYS, I have a wonderful career and all kinds of people from all kinds of places are paying attention and adoring me and I have a wonderful position in life….I am not going to mess that up because I just feel like slappin somebody or punching someone. And WTF TEAM CHRIS….I know Rihanna was the victim she was beaten and bruised badly….I acknowledged that and I made sure to say that I do not Support that….so what do you mean? I have an opinion and my opinion is that every time Rihanna is even mentioned she is getting paid…that is what lawyers and publicists are for… I would have put an end to this madness a long time ago because it’s nothing but publicity. Where do you think they get all their information from? Do you think that there are just random people sitting around that they do not know and they are talking about these sensitive and life changing subjects with just anyone? I wish some people would stop believing the hype all the time and just use their skulls. I hope that Rihanna has a great career as well as Chris Brown and I hope that each can and will overcome…

Jazzy – you are a f*cking idiot. I thought about writing a longer comment but you are not even worth the time.
Sun, November 8, 2009 7:48 AM
Good morning everyone,
I would just like to say this was an unfortunate situation that has taken place. Yes, we don’t know the whole story, yes Chris Brown was wrong for the abuse he has committed, and yes he should take account for his actions. I feel that he is expressing his regrets and apologies like any normal young adult would. I see Chris Brown as a victim also. As a young boy, he was subjected to the abuse and continuous violence for some time. I’m not making any excuses for him, but we all have to be realistic here. If a young lady grows up watching her mother being beaten by a man, the chances are very likely that she will grow up and accept that same form of abuse from the man she’s in a relationship with. As for Chris, I believe that when he gave that interview years back when he was sixteen, his intentions were good and may have meant what he was conveying about abuse to America. He watched his mother go through the violence. What one needs to understand is that in most instances, you become what you are around. I think that Chris has so many emotional wounds from the result of what he had to witness as a child, that he began to possess some of those same traits as his mother’s boyfriend. Someone should have sought counseling for this young man when he was going through this early on, because he had an abuser for a male role model, repeated teachings on how to abuse a woman, and he was a victim! The first step is to admit your wrong doings, and the second step is to heal…Take care!

At the end of the day…in my CB voice… u have to remember he is only 20! I think that he will learn from this and never do it again.. at least thats what I hope! A man hitting a woman is NEVER acceptable! But I think it’s time to move on, we will never know the full story b/c we were not there and none of us are perfect either….NEXT!
Sun, November 8, 2009 5:22 PM
Team CHRIS!! can we please move on yes we all agree chris is wrong he knows it i know it she know it YOU reading this know it!! he;s getting help more than some men who actually do this he’s a step above and i know he can move on and be betta! he’s only 20 people dang!
Sun, November 8, 2009 8:05 PM
We know the whole story based on Rihanna face and Fist Brown pleaded gulity. I think beady eye Fist Brown will strike again and beat someone else daughter, but next time I hope that the girls brother, uncle, Daddy will beat his azz. Fist wants things private because he knows that everything Rihanna is saying is true.

The group sessions he attends are confidential and everyone that attends signs confidentiality agreements. It would be obvious if TMZ published information from his sessions and Will’s mortgage was mysteriously paid off. In the state I live in if a mental health professional violated the confidentiality agreement you would surely lose your lic. and any professional board membership you may have.
Mon, November 9, 2009 6:53 PM
I cannot believe the number of people who think a man ever has a right to put his hands on a woman. The Black community needs to hold Chris Brown accountable. Can we forgive him? Yes. But he needs to know that it’s not okay and stop whining about Oprah. You messed up. You were cheating on your girl and when you got caught you resorted to violence like the punk that you are. I know he’s young but I cannot believe there is a “Team Chris”. This is why the world doesn’t respect Black folks. Because we have low expectations for eachother and don’t respect ourselves. CB, you need to hire Terrie Williams as your publicist and get that GED before you do anymore interviews.
Mon, November 9, 2009 9:49 PM
cb:just like you got on extra and released 50 different statements about how your momma got her ass beat, riri can talk about this.
when you get your ass beat, you can talk about it. when the dude does not have a scratch on him, does not need emergency room care, and, once again, you look like you got your ass beat, you can talk about it. judging by how well put together she is, she probably talked to a counselor first, before standing up and being unashamed about what happened in her everyday life (in the public), which is the right way to do it. and, you would know this if you had truly been to a counselor yourself. you should be thanking your lucky stars that she healed so nicely. cuz your mama’s face is still looking a little crooked if you ask me.
Sat, November 14, 2009 11:33 AM
please i strongly believe Rhianna provoked chris that night, caribbean woman are nagging an insecure, she wanted him for herself only. and im sure she has issues, no one in this world is perfecto.
