Honestly this song was lame with only Beyonce on it and even Gaga can’t save it. I don’t know why Gaga agreed to this, it’s so not her sound,she ruined the song. I like most of the songs from Beyonce’s current album but this one along with Diva and Ego are just terrible for me. Also her duet with Shakira was disastrous, she’s better on her own and with rappers,oups JAY.
But after couple listening,it will grow on me CANT WAIT FOR THE VIDEO :D

When I first heard this song I thought Beyonce was wayyyy toooo fierce to be making mediocre songs like this and that wack ass ish “Diva”! Both songs sound like something you would here on a mix tape with Drama or Kay Slay screaming over it periodically throughout the track….but for Lady Gaga to jump on board…SMDH…they are too big to be making this cliche ish sounding like its from ‘04…BUT I am however feeling the track from CB….every now and then I need some REAL RnB in my life…n good job CB on the 106 n Park interview…it was the realest one I’ve seen you do….now let’s move on,,,,,

True HON! The best songs on the album R halo, disappear, that way u beautiful, hello, scared and lonely, basically all of the songs on the I am side plus some songs on the Sasha fierce side! However, keep in mind songs like ave maria R not going 2 top the charts! Songs that reflect beyonce AMAZING VOCALS, and song with subatance are not radio friendly! The song sucks to begin with…and I agree, Lady Gaga from a creative perspective alone, commits 100%. The proof is in her videos hands down (although she’s also an Ill. puppet). I think that Gaga did this on purpose…she didn’t want Bey to ride on her coattails, so she agreed to do this but didn’t fully commit to it. Even in Gaga’s interview she said that she told Beyonce, “When we were doing the video, I said I want to do you. I wanna do my version of Beyonce. I called myself GEYonce.” So if this is someone’s perspective about Beyonce, it’s hella boring. I’ll wait to see the video, but as far as I know Gaga is wearing a leotard with long hair, and I don’t think it’s going to have that Gaga bang…in other words, Bey needs Gaga more than Gaga needs Bey…trust.

Listening to the intro I was somewhat upset. Didnt know what was going on and almost dubbed the remix,in the words of my roommate a “No Ma’am!”. However, I did sit through the 45 seconds of complete western nonsense and actually listened to the song. Beyonce to me didnt really “remix” anything as far as her vocals are concerned. Lady GAGA really did do a complete TAKEOVER (sidenote: like monica did for the live performance of trust with keisha cole) . Lady GAGA had some serious vocals. I think Daddy knowles saw this and decided to limit the amount of time given to gaga in order to appease Beyonce, since we all know she hates to be outdone (dreamgirls, no oscar for you B). I cannot wait to see the video. I also had the chance to listen to telephone, which was pretty good, once again, lady gaga SLAYS beyonce vocally. Im usually not a dance type person, but Lady gaga seems to have a versatility that beyonce clearly doesnt have. Unlike beyonce, lady gaga can adapt her vocals and adjust to the song. With Beyonce, in EVERY song she is in, she is still the SAME, still Beyonce. All in all, some advice for “B” do what youve been doing with your videos, continue to make them with 2 other off brand chicks (see single ladies video) or 1 off brand chick (shakira) but stay away from other top dogs that are actually real artist (Lady Gaga).

I really love Sing Like Me. It’s strange though, the music & tone sounds almost tender but the subject matter is kinda raunchy. Still, the player this is on plays continuously and I let it. I didn’t get tired of it at all.
