Neither…the dress is ugly from top (big ass shoulder pads) to bottom. So tired of people thinking that because some famous “designer” throws something together it MUST look good. It does not….
Why does Rihanna have on so many styles that don’t go together? A dress with combat boots? Is her stylist bipolar? And fanny packs — whether they’re designer or come from Wal-Mart — should NEVER be worn by anyone who is not a tourist at Disneyland and over retirement age.
