Rihanna Gets Visit From Jasmina At Best Buy Event

Rihanna got a visit from her six-year-old friend Jasmina Anema, who is suffering from leukemia, during her album Rated R album signing at Best Buy in NY’s Union Square last night. Rih has been searching for a bone marrow donor for the young girl, who is one of Rihanna’s biggest fans, along with Jasmina’s adopted mother Thea Anema. Sweet.
Lookin’ fabulous Rih. Even with the extra (likely non-permanent) new R tattoo. Her shoes are Diego Dolcini origami satin pumps. Sweet.

  Jasmina got her transplant in June according to People Mag. She’s also supposed to be in isolation for 6 months…so I dont know who decided to take her to a crowded event.

  Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Paul Pierce and others helped lead the drive to find donors for Jasmina. She got her transplant earlier this year, but her cancer is back. Her only hope is an experimental treatment. This precious little girl is dying. She can go wherever she wants to go to see whomever she wants to see.

  Thats so sad that her people are using this young child to promote an album, I doubt it was rihanna’s decision. Shakira does a lot of charity work but not at an album launch event thats just sad.   I was thinking the same thing on both points……….i mean, the little girl is STILL wearing the hospital mask……and rihanna lovers dont make up the excuse that she’s just being caring or sum crap….its ALL publicity.
