I wish kelly all the best for her career. I just hope that one day people will start paying attention to other artists beyond beyonce. I love beyonce to death, but I’m looking for something new and fresh in music. There are so many great and talented singers (black too) who are in the industry but still go unnoticed. For example, India arie is as real as you can get when it comes to musical genius yet she is underrated. An up and coming singer called Priscilla Renea just dropped her new album Jukebox on Dec 1, and her alnum is AMAZING. She writes all her own music and she got her start on youtube. I love her songs Dollhouse (the acoustic version), city love, lovesick, stonegarden, baby please, and fixin my hair. I wish ppl would broaden their musical tastes and show support to lesser known singers who deserve just as muck credit.

Plus she’s like 12, P wasn’t as enlightened 12 years. I saw him on Monique’s show the other day and he’s seems to be doing a great job with his kids (one’s in college on scholarship and the other is college bound and learning how to manage a bank account)so I am proud of him. And besides, certain -lighter-celebs name their children Apple(Gwyn), Mogsley, Makena’lei Gordon (Helen Hunt), Kal-el (Nicholas Cage). I love them all, but I’m just saying.
