Wowsers. TheYBF.com has the exclusive image of Keyshia Cole’s engagement ring given to her on New Year’s Day by Daniel “Boobie” Gibson. It’s 9 carats of fabulousness. As we previously reported, Daniel commissioned Jason of Beverly Hills to help custom design this brilliant round cut ring.
The jeweler sent over this pic exclusively to YBF (it is not Keyshia’s hand in the photo) to show off how simplistically pretty it is. As simplistic as it can be completely covered in diamonds. The jeweler tells us they will be posting more details and pics on their site very soon.

I’m glad Keyshia slammed all of those that talked about her for not being married, when in reality a lot of women give birth out of wedlock. I’m married with out children, but I wouldn’t judge a woman who wasn’t married and had kids.

hmm… even though I still think they should of gotten married before having the child I am happy that they decided to get married. That’s one less unmarried black couple with kids. What a difference a couple of years makes…I remember on her reality show when she was single and her adoptive mom said she was praying for a good man to come into her life cuz she wanted some grandbabies. The look Keyshia gave her was as if to say, “Yeah right, whatever”. And look at her now! Congrats to the happy couple!

This one truly warmed my heart. Congrats to Keyshia and kudos to her man for BEING a man and treating her with the respect she deserves.
It kills me though how even in a happy post, some chicks just have to be snippy and negative, talking about how she’s still a baby mama and what not.
Not that I approve of it either but it IS interesting to me that we don’t hear NEARLY as much negative chatter about say, Halle Berry or Nia Long being an unmarried baby mama for instance.
Is it that Keyshia is more of a ’round the way girl’ than Halle or Nia?
Or that in Halle’s instance, she is a white man’s baby mama?
I don’t get it. Or maybe I do…
