We posted a while back that Toni Braxton is getting her own reality show called “Braxton Family Values.” And now, it’s been picked up by Bravo and is set to air very soon. Will you be watching?
Faith Evans is also copping herself a reality show. According to AllHipHop:
The reality show It’s All About Faith will chronicle Evans’ return to the recording industry after a five-year hiatus, in addition to juggling a home life with her husband/manager Todd Russaw and their four children.
She’s also simultaneously releasing her 6th album via her own company–Prolific Music Group. Of course.
And even Melyssa Ford–video vixen turned actress–is getting her own reality show. She said about it recently:
“51 Minds bought the show, so did VH1. We shot the pilot, myself Elise Neal and Claudia Jordan. I just saw a cut of the first episode and I was blown away… it wasn’t even mastered and it looked amazing.”
Riiiight. They must be handing these things out like candy since anybody who shows up on a red carpet can get one.

I’m on the fence with this one – CB – I applaud you helping kids with disabilities – that’s always a positive thing because that can happen to anyone but your motives – IDK but I’m on your side today though. The kids seem happy so it’s cool.

I believe Chris’ fans will be equally inspired to support Best Buddies’ mission to provide opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities once they see his enthusiasm and commitment to the cause — and just how much his efforts mean to our participants.” A source close to Brown said that the singer personally chose the two charities and that his commitment to helping them is not court-ordered.

Reality shows are MUCH cheaper to produce than scripted t.v. that’s why there’s sooo many shows on now. With these “celebs” gettin shows I guess they hoping that they already have a built-in fanbase so that means less money spent on promo. So they unfortunately ain’t goin NOwhere!

No one will forget what happened (the media will make sure of that), but at some point we need to uplift one of the last true talents we have.
The one thing that seems to amaze me is that since the incident all I see Rihanna doing is partying, talking about sex, and just being an overall media whore (and performing, interviews, videos, etc. Ha!). But it seems that Chris is making an effort to try to move past it all and learn from his mistakes, but we won’t let him.
Maybe he shouldn’t have put out the album and kept a low-profile…but that probably wouldn’t have helped either. He can’t win for losing!

To all of the people saying that Chris is just doing this for publicity, Chris has done a lot of charity work even before he beat Rihanna. Like some people have said, he donated some of the proceeds of his tour to St. Jude’s and he helped out with Oprah’s foundation. He also hosted a charity celebrity basketball game on his 18th birthday for Hugs for Harlem, and to be honest, I’ve never heard of anyone hosting a charity on their birthday. I even found out that he’s donated to many other smaller charity organizations. So to be honest, before you decide to judge or talk about someone (even if it is your opinion), find out the facts first. Honestly, he really does seem to be learning his lesson and I wish him the best. As for these reality tv shows, I’m tired of them. Too much drama. Even if I do like Toni Braxton, I won’t be watching her show. And as for Alicia Keys new video with Beyonce, I hope that it turns out good, although that’s the worst song on her album (just my opinion) and I don’t think that she should have put it out as a single, but oh well. If her tour comes around my way, I’ll see if I can get tickets for it. I love her music and I like Melanie Fiona too.
