Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton rocked this uber cute Sass and Bide white and metallic gold mini dress to last night’s AMA’s. She paired it with a ponytail and Alexander McQueen studded booties.
But Beyonce rocked the Sass and Bide dress first in black a few weeks ago at the European Music Awards. And she paired it with her usual “Sasha Fierce” hair and gold pumps. So…
YBF folks hit the Hollywood lights and red carpet at tonight’s American Music Awards. Rihanna rocked a very interesting Marchesa spring 2010 black and white gown with rosette cut outs.
Alicia Keys looked stunning in her mini blue embellished printed mini dress from the Giorgio Armani Spring 2010 line.
W-T-F Norwood Young? We ALL miss MJ but this ish is unacceptable.
Keri Hilson got glitzy in a black Lousie Goldin dress, Alaia shoes, and a black Swarovski clutch. Nice.

This should have been a sign for Jennifer Lopez. Homegirl busted her ass mid-performance (around the 2:40 mark). Even the chicks half her age aren’t doing cheesy songs like this “Louboutins” foolery. Props to her for playing it off like nobody’s business though…
Here’s Whitney’s performance before she received the International Artist Award. Fab.
And Alicia Keys should never dance during her performances. It’s just for the best. Especially not to a ballad-like track like “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart.”

Janet opened the night with an 8 minute medley of her songs. Loves me some Janet, but her energy just isn’t what it used to be. Still enjoyed it nonetheless.
Rihanna performed “Wait Your Turn” and “Hard”. I see she didn’t get rid of that nasal-y tone during her time away. But I do want to wear lasers on my clothes now…

Shakira can’t catch a break. She showed up in the same Balmain dress as Pink at the 2009 VMAs. Now she just got off the American Music Awards stage *side eyeing that “step routine” of hers* rocking this mirrored one sleeve mini dress from Herve Leger’s Fall 2009 line.
