Lil Wayne dipped into his ever growing stash of “It’s A Boy” cigars this weekend. Rumor had it his (ex?) girlfriend Nivea delivered their baby boy this weekend. And now more credible reports are confirming. But that means Weezy missed the birth because he was partying it up with his new boo/Cash Money signee Shanell. Check the pics here.

This is Wayne’s third son and fourth child total. This is Nivea’s fourth child as well as she has 3 with her ex-husband The Dream. Thanksgiving dinner is going to be a beast this year in the Carter household…

UPDATE: One of our Atlanta sources ran into Nivea this weekend while shopping at Neiman Marcus…and she was indeed still pregnant.  She also posted this on Twitter Monday:

ok, I didn’t have my baby yet unfortunately! so far evrythng you’ve heard or read is false, sorry!

So unless she had the baby after Monday, chick is still pregnant.

After Mr. Shawn Carter said in a recent interview that recently saying he’s ready to start having babies with Beyonce and that ‘procreating’ is high on their agenda right now, Mrs. Carter is shutting that ish down.

Beyonce spoke to the press overseas this week and let them know now is not the time for birthin’ no babies:

“It’s not time for that yet,” she said. “But definitely there will be a time. I want to be a great mother, the kind of mother that I have. I want the same bond that I had with my mom and that would be enough for me.

“The security and love I feel being in a relationship, a marriage, it’s absolutely incredible. Incredible.”

Oh well Jay. You tried. Maybe it’ll happen in a couple years….
