One of our production sources at VH1 tells us that Trey Songz is “dating” model Ophilia b.k.a. Just Right from “For The Love of Ray-J 2.”  And the reason Just Right got sent home this week wasn’t because Ray wasn’t feeling her. It was because he couldn’t handle the fact she had been seeing Trey Songz on the sly. And VH1 allegedly edited the Trey discussions out of the show.   Here’s the scoop straight from the source’s mouth:

I’m sure A LOT of your readers are puzzled as to why Ray-J sent home Just Right instead of Luscious, who slept with his homie. Just Right being boring and not connecting with him is the furthest from the truth because there is footage of him holding her hand and having a solo date that they decided not to show. The real reason why Just Right was sent home was because Ray-J was falling for Just Right, but could NOT stomach that she was dating and was still in love with rival R&B singer Trey Songz while in his house. So he voted her off because he knew he could not win her over enough to cut Trey off completely. Ray also made sure VH-1 cut out all mentions and footage about Trey Songz out of that episode that is why they made her appear boring and like he did not connect with her.

We’re also told Trey is trying to keep her on the low to not upset us his fans. But they seemed inseparable at this party in Indianapolis a few weeks ago that we got pics of.

After these pics (above) of Pleasure P and Eddie Murphy’s 19 year old gorgeous model daughter Bria surfaced weeks ago, rumors spread that the two were a new couple.  And the alert’s been confirmed by Pleasure P himself…kinda.

Pleasure P was on his Marcus Cooper gentleman steez while chillin’ at Chicago’s WGCI radio station yesterday.  He brought Ms. Bria along with him.  When midday host Loni Swain asked him what was really going on with those two, he admitted that he had met her father Eddie and Bria’s a very good friend.   He also let it slip Eddie “gave them his blessing.”  Mmhmm.

Not sure if Bria’s going to want to play step-mommy to Pleasure’s 5 year old son.  But they’re having fun.  For now…

Yeah you read that right! And trust me…we’re more shocked than you are. TheYBF.com has learned that Al Sharpton has been getting it in for the last few months with none other than LisaRaye.

Here’s what we know: A few weeks ago our source (a MAJOR publicist in the industry who shall remain nameless) told us that Al and LisaRaye–both barely divorced–are indeed together now. When we asked the obligatory “WTF?! Why?” The answer is because Lisa knows she’s not getting into any of these “society and political” events without a man who could bring her along. She’s also starved for media attention–surprise surprise–so Al is her “In” into that world. And Al–well he’s just happy to say he can have a chick that looks like LisaRaye on his arm and whose perm looks better than his.  The two have been confusingly spotted at a few events together like the NAACP Image Awards and Michael Jackson’s memorial services…

I didn’t believe it at first, but at the Congressional Black Caucus events this weekend in DC–Mr. Sharpton was indeed coupled up with LisaRaye as he brought her as his date to every event. In the above pic, they were boo’d up at a Gala afterparty at Toscana West.  And below, we spotted them at the Gala together with friends. We mean holding hands, boo’d up, everything. Shocker…we know. But you heard here FIRST….

Maxwell is chatting it up about his new boo.  And she’s Canadian model Kris Jacobs.  Interestingly, Kris was in his “Pretty Wings” video.  And she dated The Dream right before he started wifing up Christina Milian.  She appeared in his “Falsetto” video.

Maxwell talked to the Toronto Sun about her–even though he wouldn’t confirm her name:

“She’s great. Right now (her identity) belongs to me at this point, and I’m just happy that I have somebody around that could be as understanding as she truly, truly is,” he said on the phone from his rehearsal space in Toronto this week.

“It’s a little difficult to have a relationship now, so I’m extra blessed that I have me someone who cannot see me for two weeks and still be OK. So every now and again, we’ll meet up, she’ll come fly out somewhere, and spend some time, but she barely sees me.”

Who else is jealous right now?

In other couples news, Jamie Foxworth just got granted a temporary restraining order against her boyfriend Michael Shaw.  TMZ has the domestic rundown:

According to the docs, filed in LA County Superior Court, Foxworth claims Michael Shaw physically and verbally abused her … and at one point grabbed her arm and dragged her along the floor through broken glass.

On another occasion, as Jaimee was feeding her son in the backseat of a car, she claims Shaw “pulled the car over, jumped into the backseat … tried to push [Jaimee] out of his car, and threatened to drive [her] son away.”

Jennifer Hudson was spotted braving the NYC rain today and taking a stroll through the Big Apple:

She is preparing to perform on the brand new VH1 Divas show.  Her new baby wasn’t with her in the pic but I’m sure we’ll see him soon…

After photos of Usher and his new boo,  Grace Miguel, vacaying it up in the Dominican Republic hit online this week, details have emerged as well.  She’s 42 and an exec over at Island Def Jam.  Rumors of them being boo’d up have been around for months–even before Usher and Tameka announced their divorce.  There were pics of Ursh and Grace frolicking around Malibu back in June.  Looks like Mr. Raymond has a track record of cheating with older women….

Also, sources are reporting that Grace is head over heels for Usher and the feeling is mutual.  Friends dished that they’ve been dating for 6 months.  Womp womp Tameka.

And even crazier, Us Weekly says Ms. Miguel is the reason Usher busted out with the divorce from Tameka.  What goes around….

The two were spotted hitting up Khloe’s stepbrother Brody Jenner’s b-day party at Foxtail nightclub in L.A. last night.  They arrived and left in the same SUV and were quite the couple inside I hear.

Lamar loves him some Hollywood chicks though–first Hayden Panettiere, then Taraji–who used to hit up his games and party it up with him, and now a Kardashian sister.  I guess….

Looks like Sanaa Lathan and her hottie football player boyfriend Wale Ogunleye are dunzo. It’s been an extra long minute since we’ve seen the two together anywhere. And this might be why:

We’re told by a Miami-based close friend of Wale’s new romantic interest that both Wale and Sanaa have moved on. His new boo is a paralegal named Stephanie and they have actually been “friendly” for 4 years. According to said friend, every time Wale goes to Miami he spends time with Ms. Stephanie and they have already gone on vacations together. Interestingly she was named one of Ebony magazine’s “Sexy Singles of 2009″. The above inset picture was sent to us: It’s Wale and Stephanie at her recent private birthday party held at her house.  We can’t confirm this 100% just yet.  But I doubt we ever will since these two never confirmed they were ever dating.  But we all know the deal….

We don’t think Sanaa’s complaining much though. One of our loyal YBF readers spotted Ms. Lathan and another Hollywood cutie hand in hand during BET Awards weekend in L.A. And we didn’t believe it until now. Here’s what they sent over:

So this past weekend while I was in L.A. for the BET awards I ran into none other then Mr. Transformer himself Tyrese Gibson walking hand and hand with Ms. Sanaa Lathan at quite a few events. They tried to duck the media and paparazzi but it obviously didnt work because everyone was talking about this hot new couple this past weekend. These two were spotted sneaking into Diddy’s BET party at club My House to the famous eatery Katsuya! And Ms. Lathan did not seem shy displaying her affection because she could not get enough of her new beau her hands were all over him! It’s obvious that these two have been dating for a while because they seemed VERY much in tune with one another to be in a “NEW” relationship. I am guessing that they had to try and keep it hush hush due to Tyrese’s recent high profile divorce, but these two didn’t let anything stand in their way this weekend!! I wish them well black is beautiful.

Sanaa and Tyrese? Hmmm. If he ever gets his divorce papers signed and that “situation” handled…I think they’ll make a very cute couple.
