The folks over at In Touch are reporting that Brandy and Flo Rida are headed toward new couple status. Allegedly, they’ve been hitting the clubs and have been seen getting cutesy together in public. It’s possible and all, but I’ll have to see this to believe it:
Brandy’s brother, Ray J, has been looking for love — but now it’s her turn! On January 28, she got cozy with rap superstar Flo Rida at Haze Nightclub at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. “The two arrived together holding hands and having an intimate conversation,” an onlooker tells In Touch. “They are definitely hooking up.” And that’s not the first time the musical duo were together. They hung out at the Y100 concert in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., in December. And at the Universal Motown Republic Group Grammy bash at the W Los Angeles on January 31, Brandy made sure to stay away from other men and hung out with her pal, singer Kelly Rowland, instead. Brandy only has eyes for Flo Rida. “Guys tried to hit on Brandy and she ignored them,” says an onlooker at the Grey Goose-sponsored event on January 31.
Umm. Flo Rida though? I vote NO.
UPDATE: We just learned that Brandy tweeted about a week ago that she was “liking” a southern boy (Flo Rida’s from Florida of course). The “relationship” likely started when she and her good friend Kelly Rowland had a slumber party in Miami (that they Tweeted about) and went to a Dolphins game. Rumor has it, Ms. Kelly hooked them up.
YBF’s L.A. correspondent was on the scene at Tricky Stewart’s Pre-Grammy bash at Wonderland. And Ne-Yo arrived on the red carpet with a new chick in tow…model Jessica White.
We caught the two snuggling very closely all night and even checking out pics of themselves in their own cameras. They were clearly past the “purely platonic friends” stage. And we even spotted a ring on Jessica’s ring finger too.
Maybe Ne-Yo smartened up about his other recent chick Monyetta Shaw who was Steve McNair’s ex-mistress and has been known to get around Hollywood. But seeing that Jessica White was just recently slobbing down Terrell Owens and a few other celebrity fellas, maybe Ne-Yo just has a type.

So 45 year old Vivica Fox has a new boo. And he’s a 25 year old club Atlanta club promoter (and part club owner of Plush Blue nightclub) named Slimm. They were spotted getting all kissy in public…which leads me to believe it’s not just strictly “chop down” status for these two. But who knows.
We reached out to Vivica’s rep BJ Coleman to get a confirmation, and here’s the exclusive official statement we received:
“Yes, Vivica was recently in Atlanta. She loves it down there and is always there working or promoting a project. I know she had a good time during her last visit, but as a rule, I do not comment on my clients’ personal lives.”
So that paired with the pics….we’re going with YES.

We’ve learned that Ne-Yo’s new boo Monyetta Shaw isn’t who Ne-Yo says she is. The two arrived into Asia today (above) for Ne-Yo’s shows in both KLIA and Manila. And he’s been telling the press she is simply his personal assistant, so not to upset his female fans.
Well, we verified that with Ne-Yo’s management and they tell us he has no p.a. by that name, and certain folks on the team don’t even know who she is. Which further proves he’s got himself a new boo he tries to keep secret as reports have been saying.
But what Ne-Yo might not want you to know is that Ms. Independent is anything but independent, and she has a history of getting a lot of male (both married and single) “attention” for herself.

One of our production sources at VH1 tells us that Trey Songz is “dating” model Ophilia b.k.a. Just Right from “For The Love of Ray-J 2.” And the reason Just Right got sent home this week wasn’t because Ray wasn’t feeling her. It was because he couldn’t handle the fact she had been seeing Trey Songz on the sly. And VH1 allegedly edited the Trey discussions out of the show. Here’s the scoop straight from the source’s mouth:
I’m sure A LOT of your readers are puzzled as to why Ray-J sent home Just Right instead of Luscious, who slept with his homie. Just Right being boring and not connecting with him is the furthest from the truth because there is footage of him holding her hand and having a solo date that they decided not to show. The real reason why Just Right was sent home was because Ray-J was falling for Just Right, but could NOT stomach that she was dating and was still in love with rival R&B singer Trey Songz while in his house. So he voted her off because he knew he could not win her over enough to cut Trey off completely. Ray also made sure VH-1 cut out all mentions and footage about Trey Songz out of that episode that is why they made her appear boring and like he did not connect with her.
We’re also told Trey is trying to keep her on the low to not upset us his fans. But they seemed inseparable at this party in Indianapolis a few weeks ago that we got pics of.
I’m getting Janice Combs vibes and not liking it one bit. More when you read the rest…
After these pics (above) of Pleasure P and Eddie Murphy’s 19 year old gorgeous model daughter Bria surfaced weeks ago, rumors spread that the two were a new couple. And the alert’s been confirmed by Pleasure P himself…kinda.
Pleasure P was on his Marcus Cooper gentleman steez while chillin’ at Chicago’s WGCI radio station yesterday. He brought Ms. Bria along with him. When midday host Loni Swain asked him what was really going on with those two, he admitted that he had met her father Eddie and Bria’s a very good friend. He also let it slip Eddie “gave them his blessing.” Mmhmm.
Not sure if Bria’s going to want to play step-mommy to Pleasure’s 5 year old son. But they’re having fun. For now…
