Rihanna was spotted having another late night on the town last night after hitting the streets in $920 leggings:

She rocked the new yellow and lined Marc Jacobs jacket.  According to her managers, her comeback gig with VIBE slated for the end of this month in the UAE will not go down. Why?  They say she's "not ready" so they never moved forward with confirming the details. Interesting though that they let her perform at the Costume Gala the other night in a surprise set with Kanye West--she did a track with him and "Live Your Life".  I guess an official performance would mess up her hard core party and shopping schedule right now... Meanwhile, Beyonce's still doing it up in Paris on her World Tour:
