Oh, he can definitely FIND people with talent. But he has a really bad about featuring himself on everyone's tracks, which completely messes up the song. And when he should be promoting the acts, he's instead promoting himself (parties, cologne, clothing line, etc.). I'm not saying that he shouldn't have other business ventures, but when you are the head of a record company/manager, it is your responsibility to promote the acts. Case in point: Danity Kane wasn't the strongest vocal group, but they really could have made an impact as a pop group. Other than Day 26, they had the best chance of all the "bands" Diddy put together...and he completely screwed them over after all they had gone through to make it.
