OH REALLY: NeNe Leakes Reveals ALL Her Plastic Surgery!

TheYBF.com was the first to break the news that NeNe Leakes' got some plastic surgery on her nose when we posted the first post-surgery pics of her back in May. But she's remained mum about confirming what work she's had done.

It's being addressed on next week's episode of "Real Housewives of Atlanta". But we've got her plastic surgery admissions now when you read on...

42-year-old NeNe, who admits she's vain and now wants botox, dished to People magazine about all the work she had done in between "RHOA" seasons. We figured this chick was just holding out for a payday.

She's had a nose job, of course, a downsize of her DD implants to a D, a breast lift, and liposuction. Not surprised by any of it as we figured a whole lot was different about Mrs. Leakes this season.

The now size 8-10 NeNe says she feels "so confident" after her surgery, and after losing 15lbs pre-lipo.

NeNe 2.0. Guess you gotta put your reality tv checks to use somehow....

A size 8-10!!!!! Please! And on one episode she said she was a size 34DD. That chest is NOT 34 inches around! What a joke! I don't care what surgeries you have, at least be honest about it! She wouldn't last 5 minutes in a gym! GROSS!

NeNe looks great, her nose did little tuning as she said, I think her new nose fits her face. Listen it's her money she can do whatever she wants. Atleast she doesn't look like Heidi Montag, NeNe looks natural and younger, the 2.0 VERSION LOL

Well personally, in the time

Well personally, in the time she had to recover from surgery, she could have simply worked out to become a size 10, like I did. I think she didnt need a nose job, as its not too drastic and she was pretty before. I understand the breast lift, but I dont like the scarring that happens after one of those surgeries--it leaves the beast looking unnatural--google it to see what it looks like. For someone with large breasts DD cups, at times I wish I could go down a size to go braless, but men do not find breast reductions attractive, due to the scarring. I will live with what I have and be thankful that I could be smaller or bigger. Nothing fills out a dress like DD's! I just wish I could go braless sometimes, but the scarring turns me off from thewhole idea.
