FRANCHISE PLAYER: NeNe Leakes Buys A Restaurant Franchise?!

NeNe Leakes may not (yet) have landed her own reality show spinoff like her "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmates, but she's making her mark in the entrepreneur world.

Deets on which restaurant NeNe just copped a franchise with inside....

NeNe tweeted today that her fans should be on the lookout for her new restaurant opening October 6th in Sacramento, CA--Famous Famiglia.

Her branch of the NY based worldwide chain restaurant will be in the Sacremento airport. Gotta love a chick who is about her business and ownership.

She pondered on this decision with some great portfolio investors. She picked a busy intersection, the airport in Sacramento. She picked a less accessible food chain, and also one with low productivity cost. Now, I would never want to be on her staff. Hopefully she manages this restaurant with care, and continues the process. She could translate this success nationwide. She knows us New Yorkers are leaving our great city in grooves, and taking advantage of the homesick New Yorkers is a great investment. Pinkberry was smart enough to expand beyond New York!

Sukanya krishnan is a beautiful reporter on the CB 11 morning show... She is not a size 2 probably a 10 or 12 and is one of the most beautiful and hilarious women on morning TV. And there is no "look" for a radio DJ, why would there be, you cant even see them.

The most successful African Americans in entertainment are those that are entrepreneurs, true business people owning their own enterprises, i.e. Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey, Cathy Hughes, Bob Johnson. You are so confused and blinded by the limelight. A good head on your shoulders will get you further in this world (hollywood included) over looks any day You could be a size two with a banging body and a beautiful face, but if you don't have the smarts to own your brand, manage your finances, negotiate a decent contract, they will use your pretty ass up, suck you out of everything you have and leave you laying out on the street somewhere. Nene is taking a step in the right direction.

Finally one of the RHOA show a true business savvy nature. Although, she uttered words in the promo that should never be stated "I am very rich"[sic] Real women who are self made never have to state their wealth or broadcast purchases on twitter. She's continuously marketing diamonds "he" bought, Louis Vuitton bags, shoes..etc. While most of us have these items, I would never post on facebook or twitter what I have. Some things are evident without being stated. Smart investment, though. She should have moved a Sonic to the NYC area. When the hell are we going to get out Sonic?

Different Franchises have

Different Franchises have various start-up fees. You could buy into Mcdonald's for 60k, Best Western for 170k, In and out burger for 15k..I would advise you, if you have those sums lying around to buy shares in credit unions. With Bank of America announcing it's 5 dollar monthly debit card fee for members, the rebate would be great for about 3 months until all it's customers withdraw funds to transfer to credit unions. Trust me, to see a better margin on profits, Credit Unions are the way to invest!
