Last night, Melanie Fiona and a few of her celebrity friends participated in day one of the 4th annual Think Pink Rocks Concert at the Mizner Park Amphitheatre in Boca Raton, FL.

Presented by SRC Records/Universal, proceeds from the two-day concert will benefit Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Women’s Center for Breast Care, and other breast cancer research charities with a particular focus on early detection and research on the BRCA gene for breast and ovarian cancer.

Melanie rocked a cute and quirky jumper as she promoted her upcoming disc The M F Life. 

Sean Kingston came out to show his support. It's good to see him out and about since his accident.
