Gabby Union & LaLa Anthony GET FAB For A New York Wedding

Friday afternoon was all about a summer New York City wedding for Gabby Union and her girl LaLa Anthony. Pics inside of the ladies looking fab for a special ocassion...

Both Gabby & LaLa left their basketball gold medalist men for a few hours so they could hit up the wedding of La's stylist, Jason Bolden. Gabby looked gorge in a green mini dress and black pumps with glowing makeup.

And La kept it fresh in an orange belted flared mini dress. She paired the summery look with her gold & multi colored printed Louboutin Mary Janes.

Gabby snapped a pic from the rooftop wedding with her girl Chenoa Maxwell.

And the besties snapped a pic together as well.

By the way, LaLa ha a purple Birkin waiting for her at home...a little gift from the Motives Cosmetics head honcho (where La houses her makeup line) Loren Ridinger. Must be nice....

I love fashion and luxury

I love fashion and luxury more than most, but refuse to try and emulate these celebrities by purchasing items most of them get as GIFTS in exchange for publicity. Truth be told, many of them can't afford to either. Most of the celebs only wear stuff once or twice and move on to the next thing/trend. If you can comfortably treat yourself to these often overpriced goods - then great. If not, do a luxury swap and get the item for a fraction of the price or practice delayed gratification. In this economy a few thousand dollars can mean the difference between maintaining your standard of living or literally being in the poorhouse. Think fashion on a budget. Both ladies look great though :)

Those dresses are pretty on both of them. They compliment their complexions to the T. I like that Birkin. Just can't see dropping that kind of money on something like that. I love nice handbags but they have to be reasonable. I want to live wealthy...not rich.

I FIND MOST DESIGNER ITEMS ARE OVER PRICED AND UNAPPEALING. WHY SHOULD I ADVERTISE FOR SOMEONE ELSE , MAKING THEM RICHER WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN USE ME IN THEIR ADS OR VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER.

I totally agree!! I'm not sure why people would spend the price of a toyota corolla on an ugly handbag. There are so many knock-offs of Birkin bags, it kind of makes ALL of them look cheap!! I hate being in the check-out line and see a chick with a knock-off birkin bag in one hand and pulling out her EBT card with the other. *sigh*
