Lil Kim, the Queen Bee, was spotted on the streets of New York with a face so puffy you'd think she was the victim of a bee sting. See the pics inside....

Legendary rapper Lil' Kim must have gotten too close to the honey pot as she strutted through the streets of New York with an expressionless, wrinkle-free face that looked "stung" and frozen in time. She was decked out in her gold jewelry and fur coat as she made her promo rounds in NYC.

In town for an appearance on MTV's "Rap Fix Live," Kim talked about her musical endeavors, including her new artist Tiffany Foxx.

And though her ever-evolving face may raise eyebrows, Kim's still showing her skills are there by appearing in mentee Tiffany's new rap video.

The only thing recognizable

The only thing recognizable about her is the mole. Wow. I feel sorry for her. She obviously has some issues and now with all the plastic surgery she's going to have to deal with those issues for the rest of her life. I can't imagine looking in the mirror and not only just being unhappy with myself but not actually seeing ME.

It saddens me that so many of

It saddens me that so many of our sister's in the music and entertainment business have lost their true identities. We should be thankful for who we are, and what we look like regardless of skin color. Today's society particularly our black men, are looking at anything that's light or white. They feel they have arrived with a color of another persuasion on their arms. So sister's are trying to compete with other women of color. Women like Vivica Fox, Lil Kim, and Jada Smith just to mention a few, feel they have to recreate themselves with the knife of a plastic surgeon. It may work for white women, but it sure will not work for black women. Why would one try and recreate what God created in the first place. Its like telling God, you did not do such a good job so I will do it better. At the end of the day. You end up destroying your face, look what happened to poor Michael Jackson. Jermaine Jackson' face looks like a big mess, and poor Latoya, I rest my case. The only thing, I could see myself changing on me, would be my teeth, or perhaps getting rid of some dark marks on my legs from old injuries. We will never be accepted by this cruel world until we learn to accept ourselves as a race and come together. It goes a lot deeper than plastic surgery. I love my brothers, but they make our women feel unworthy, and unwanted. At the end of the day men like Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, John Legend, Sidney Poitier, Jermaine Jackson, Randy Jackson and just about the whole NBA have women that are white or light. I believe it gives them a sense of power. There are a lot of mothers that encourage their sons and daughters to marry outside of their race. We need to let our children marry whom ever. I feel really sad for Lil Kim, she has lost her overall identity. She was such a pretty little woman when she came on the scene. I would never let a man or society dictate to me how I should look. At the end of the day, once they are done with you, they cast you aside, and move on to the next hot thing.

I think if most black women had a choice THEY'D BE EITHER WHITE, LATIN , OR CHINESE. I saw a sista on here say nobody wants to be black AND THAT'S JUST REAL. When you say 'most black people don't want to look black,' are you including yourself?? You just said on a different post the other day that you don't speak of all black women yet here you are today spouting off about 'most black people.' And if we're to believe what you say is truth, then most of your black family members don't want to look black either. LET'S JUST BE REAL. I'm late, but I have to

I'm late, but I have to respond. One, I would NEVER choose to be anything but African-American my brother. I actually don't have friends who state that either, so your "factual" statements may only apply in certain area codes. I'm probably your complexion, married a man your complexion, had kids your complexion and lighter (you know how we do), and my daughter and I put no chemicals or "other race hair" in our heads. Now I will be honest, THAT last part is an easier choice for us bc of texture/length and whatever, but I always strive to stay true to who I am, and I have taught my baby girl the same. I don't want colored eyes, bc my own are beautiful. I don't want lighter skin, bc my own rocks ANY clothing shade in the color spectrum. I don't feel a need to embrace the white race in any way bc I grew-up with a Daddy the color of the asphalt, a Momma that was high yellow, and aunts, uncles, and cousins from every color of the black rainbow. They taught me the beauty of us....and I know many other women who feel the same. What I DO find sad is that I can have delivery men, neighbors, and even strangers in the mall/street tell my daughter how beautiful she is & even lie to her little short self that she could be a model, yet the brothers that SHOULD be trying to come correct and ask her out, are too busy chasing white women. Seemingly, many DO care about skin tones, and have the nerve to say that "you're so pretty to be a brown sista" mess coupled with "does your hair get nappy when it's wet" garbage - PUBLICLY! It's demeaning, and I'm glad I've taught her to overlook such males, bc they don't know the value of themselves or their race! Suffice it to say that I hear your point, but I can't agree bc the posture is foreign to me - I see it in the south a lot, true, but I have to take it from my northern upbringing, and I was taught - WE DA SHIZZNIT!!!!! See what being w/ men who have self-hate will go and make you do! God knows what self esteem issues Lil Kim may have already had w/ herself but being w/ men like Biggie did not help matter's none. Kandi Burruss recently talked about how the song that Biggie rapped about calling her group EXSCAPE UGLY and how it really had a negative affect on them, and how hard it was for them being labled the UGLY GIRL GROUP EXSCAPE. People who have self-hate love to pour their self-hate onto other people! I am so glad I never got caught up w/ those type of men. You are SO right! And was Biggie really in a position to talk about ANYBODY'S looks? I mean really...I don't think Kim ever got over the fact that Biggie married Faith and kept her on the side. Like lots of black men, he was enamored with light-skinned or 'red' women. Kim has lightened her skin, slanted her eyes, gotten her nose, breasts and lips done...its just SO sad cuz she didn't need to do a THING! I know a woman who lost her mind--literally-over her cheatin' ass, fugly man. He left her for another woman--twice--and she couldn't take it. Dude has since died and she is still out of her mind. WE CANNOT LET MEN CONTROL OUR MINDS OR SENSE OF SELF. Having a strong mental state and self-esteem are traits that none of us should take for granted.
