Chris Brown tapped his homies Kevin Hart and Tyga to help him with his charity work over the weekend.  Check out what the fellas were up to inside, plus Kanye West's Adidas reelase date and Drake heading to "SNL"....

Chris Brown left rehab yesterday....but only to put on his charity event.  On Melrose Ave. Sunday afternoon, Chris and his Black Pyramid clothing line and Brooklyn Projects skateboard company put on a charity children's toy drive.

He collected Christmas toys for underprivileged children and after delivering them, he changed clothes and headed to a skatepark to do his skate thing with a few cute kiddos.

Kevin Hart was there to help out and chill with fans.

Gotta love the skater kids.

Meanwhile...

Chris' frenemy Drake just nabbed a hosting gig on "SNL".  He's going back to his acting roots and will pull double duty as the show's musical guest.  It all goes down in the new season on January 18th.  This should be good....

And Kanye West has a release date for his new Adidas sneakers and more.  He confirmed on a recent Chicago radio show that his collection will debut September 2014.  And it will include both men and women's sportswear. 

His Yeezys also got a release date with Nike...and we're sure he's finally happy about that.  The Red Nike Air Yeezy 2 will be available ONLINE ONLY on December 27th at 8am EST.  Womp.

BONUS: Speaking of Drake and Kanye, the twosome performed together at a Yeezus afterparty in Toronto last night.  And they're proving it's no hard feelings over the Nike situation (Kanye leaving and Drake nabbing a deal of his own). Check the videos below:
