Is it a new baby boy for 45-year-old media mogul Tyler Perry and his 28-year-old girlfriend Geilila?  Well based on a series of tweets from Geila's sister, Anna, it's quite possible the two have welcomed their new bundle of joy.

On November 30th, Anna -- who spent Thanksgiving with Geilia and they appear to be super close -- gushed about the love of her life making their arrival.  And how sweet it is to be an auntie:

So did the notoriously private couple welcome a baby boy right after Thanksgiving?  It's quite possible.  It's also a slight possibility Anna's speaking about another sibling's or close friend's baby.  But....time will tell.
