Lil Wayne clears up confusion about his most recent seizure folks just found out about yesterday.  Plus, deets around Chaka Khan's rehab stint.  All inside...

News broke yesterday that Lil Wayne had suffered another seizure just days prior.  According to reports, he was hospitalized after having severe seizure right before he was about to take the stage at his performance at TAO nightclub in Vegas for a pre-UFC 200 party.  He, of course, canceled the performance.

He allegedly linked the reason to his seizure medication, saying doctors haven't fund the right cocktail of meds for his epilepsy.

Late last night, Wayne gave an update saying:

We're not sure if that means the seizure reported never happened, or if he's saying it's not as serious as it sounds.   We definitely wish him the best either way.

News broke recently that Chaka Khan was entering rehab.  If you follow us on IG, you saw the initial report.  But now we're learning her sister entered alongside of her.

USA Today reports Chaka and her sister -- Taka Boom (real name Yvonne Stevens) -- have entered a drug rehabilitation program to battle their addictions to prescription drugs, and Khan says the decision was due to death of her good friend Prince.  Glad that Mikki Howard Story portrayal didn't cause her to flip out....

The site states:

"Unfortunately, I will miss concert appearances over the summer," she said. "However, it's vital that I put my health and well-being first. I know that I am disappointing some of my fans, but I also know they would want me to recover and be well and healthy."

Khan said the pair "agreed we would take this journey together and support each other through the recovery." "The tragic death of Prince has had us both rethinking and reevaluating our lives and priorities. We knew it was time to take action to save our lives. My sister and I would like to thank everyone for their support, love and prayers."

On Chaka's website, it reads:

Contrary to what you might have read online, here are the facts: Representatives for Chaka Khan announced today that ten-time GRAMMY® Award-winning recording artist Chaka Khan has entered an addiction rehabilitation and aftercare program which will cause her to postpone all dates scheduled for the month of July. Chaka has struggled with a dependence on prescription pain medications and has voluntarily entered the program to get healthy and stay that way. As part of the ongoing outpatient treatment the doctors have urged her to resume recording mid-July and commence all performances beginning August 1st and onward.

Chaka's struggled with substance abuse for years, so we're glad she's still trying to win the battle.

We wish Weezy and Chaka (and her sister) the best with their health. We're not trying to lose anyone else. 2016 is brutal already....
