Keri Hilson Explains Why She's Thankful For Her NBA Baller Ex Serge Ibaka

Keri Hilson doesn’t dish much about her personal life. But, the R&B songstress did open up a bit about her breakup with Orlando Magic baller Serge Ibaka.

When singers suffer a breakup, fans get excited for a fire new album. Interestingly enough, the “Knock You Down” singer is following that blueprint as she gears up to release a new album titled L.I.A.R (Love Is A Religion), her first album since the release of her 2nd studio album No Boys Allowed in 2010.

The “Pretty Girl Rock” singer appeared on “The Real” to dish on her upcoming album and to talk a bit about her breakup.

When asked about her breakup with Serge, she had nothing but good things to say. While calling it quits with the person you thought you were going to spend the rest of your life with is hard, Keri sees it as a learning experience.

“I’m not a big fan of talking about my relationships in settings when it’s about music and movies and things like that. But, I learned so much. I’m grateful, I thank him.”
