After Yeezy model/"Bad Girls Club" star Shannade Clermont serves her 1-year prison sentence, she'll have to undergo drug and mental treatments to keep her in check. More inside...

Yeezy model/"Bad Girls Club" star Shannade Clermont and her twin sister Shannon Clermont (above at Coachella last weekend) are living the life right now, but not for long - well at least for one of them.

Earlier this month, Shannade Clermont, who starred in Nicki Minaj's "Good Form" video, was sentenced to one-year in federal prison after she pleading guilty to one count of fraud. She was facing 20 years behind bars after attempting to make $20,000 in charges using a dead man's credit card. After being hired as a prostitute, she swiped the dead man's card once he overdosed on drugs.

After she serves 365 days behind bars, she will still have to answer to the law since she will be on three years supervised release, according to The Blast. She has been ordered to check into prison by June 4th. Damn. Right as summer is about to kick off. She has requested to be placed in a California facility.

Shannade Clermont, who modeled Yeezy Season 6 with her twin sister, will reportedly have to participate in two separate outpatient treatment programs: one for drugs and the other for mental health. By the way, she'll also be subjected to random testing to find out if she “reverted to using drugs or alcohol.”

The site reports:

She will also have to complete an outpatient mental health treatment program and take any prescribed medications, unless otherwise instructed. Clermont had to agree to have her property searched at any time with or without a warrant.

Once she is out, Clermont was ordered to not open any credit cards or make any new credit purchases and pay $4,696 in restitution.

Before she was sentenced, she tried her damnedest to stay out of the big house, enlisting her friends and family to send letters of support to the judge. No word on if aspiring lawyer Kim Kardashian West - whose new sunglasses collection she's promoting in the pic atop - wrote a letter on her behalf.
