The Golden State Warriors are the Western Conference Finals champions for the fifth consecutive year.

The Golden State Warriors are on the road to another NBA championship.

Last night, the Warriors barely defeated the Portland Trail Blazers, 119-117, making it their fifth consecutive year to win the Western Conference Finals. It was Game 4, ending the conference after the Blazers didn't win any games. It was a bitter sweet moment for NBA star Steph Curry who was playing against his younger brother Seth Curry. It's the first time in NBA history where brothers faced off in the Finals. You'll recall, their parents - Dell & Sonya Curry - rocked hybrid Warriors/Blazers jerseys to cheer them on.

Also, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr is the first coach in NBA history to go to the finals five straight years in his first five seasons:

The Warriors are the first team since the 1960's Celtics (1959-1966) to advance to five straight NBA Finals. Nice!

Steph Curry’s son, 10-month-old Canon, was in the mix with his mommy Ayesha Curry, and he certainly stole the show after the big win:

Peep highlights from the game below:

The Milwaukee Bucks and the Toronto Raptors face off in Game 4 tonight at 8:30pm on TNT. The Bucks lead the conference, 2-1.
