T.I. will be leading an upcoming film about the Flint water, produced by Will Smith. In other news, Tip found time to comment on Rihanna's relationship. Get it all inside...

Clifford "T.I." Harris is hopping back on the acting scene.

After starring in Ant-Man and the Wasp, the Atlanta rapper and Fast & Furious actor John Ortiz will lead FLINT, a new film set against the backdrop of the city's water crisis.

It's written by Malcolm M. Mays (who starred in John Singleton's "Snowfall). He'll also be behind the camera as the director. Get it.

The film - which will shed light on a city who still has questionable clean water - is being produced via Will Smith and James Lassiter's Overbrook Entertainment. Clarence Hammond and Dougie Cash will produce on behalf of Overbrook along with Tommy Oliver, according to Deadline.

Overbrook’s Lassiter and Caleeb Pinkett (Jada's brother) will serve as executive producers alongside T.I. and Grand Hustle's Brian Sher. The late auteur John Singleton, who is a longtime mentor and friend of Mays, helped bring the film to fruition and he's listed as an executive producer as well.

In when rapper's have too much time news...

Rihanna has been out here living her best-life with her billionaire bae Hassan Jameel - like Tip's song "Live Youf Life" that she's featured in. But the King of the South seemingly has an issue with her relationship.

Pictures of the couple enjoying each other's company in Italy were posted on Instagram with the caption,"Does Rihanna get slandered for not dating a black person or does that only happen to black dude?"

A user responded, "Nah for them it's 'upgrading.'"

Another user responded, "Well, she didn't drag black men in the process."

Then, here comes the "Live Your Life" rapper, "How you know?," he asked.

Peep the receipts:

Boy, bye. Let her LIVE.  Your wife, who is bi-racial, doesn't seem to mind.
