Oh, Mack Wilds! Deets on his recent arrest inside...

Tristan "Mack" Wilds had a wild night.

The 29-year-old actor was cruising through NYC when he was reoprtedly pulled over in his black 2017 Jeep Wrangler in front of 500 E. Houston St. at 12:48 a.m. for driving with excessively tinted windows.

Once police ran his name, they discovered he had a suspended license for failure to pay summonses. He also had an outstanding warrant for an incident in Staten Island, where he grew up, according to the NY Daily News.

The "Shots Fired" star - who was nominated for a Grammy in 2013 - was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Good news for Mack though. During his arraignment proceeding at Manhattan Criminal Court, the judge said the charge would be dismissed if he can stay out of trouble for six months.

“He’s getting everything resolved so he can keep making great content for his fans,” his attorney Eric Sanders said Wednesday (June 26th).

It started off as a thought; as a question. Why don’t we have a place to build as men? More specifically, Men from all different types of ethnic backgrounds who are used to looking at each other as competition, and not as what we are: BROTHERS? And moreover, how hard would it be to bring together the men I know exude excellence, to celebrate each other, learn from each other, build with each other... Create a network of men connected by heritage, all the while putting points on the board in their various fields of work: Public Service, Business & Technology, Fashion, Athletics, and the Arts? Then, a step forward: How do we empower and uplift the future to continue what we’re starting, and to show them, “You Are Not Forgotten”? All these questions were answered. And you’re looking at the solution. Welcome to the Brotherhood. Special thanks to everyone who helped put this together: @kodaklens, @carverguru, @iamterrencej, @keithpowers, @oneelijahkelley, @jryanjl, @boohoomanofficial, @icontalks, @motionpictureassociation, @warnerbrosentertainment, @cirocvs, the incomparable Miss #ErinHarris, and all love to anyone i might’ve missed. My bad to my bro @g_untld for the Diddy Crop. Ha! #TheBrotherhoodDinner. #TheNinetyFivePercent. @jenjphoto

Over the BET Awards weekend, the Secret Life of Bees actor helped present a $15,000 check to VSU student Jaelon Hodges, who's studying Mass Communications, via the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. Actor/TV host Terrence J offered Hodges an exclusive summer internship with his management company, Sunset Park Productions, in LA.

“I am beyond blessed,” Hodges said. “When Terrence J announced I won the internship, I actually thought they said someone else’s name but once I realized everyone was cheering and looking at me I started smiling. Terrence J told me he liked how I was entertaining and could get the crowd’s attention with my personality.

Before this, I was at a point where I didn’t know if I wanted to continue with my passion for entertainment and television but it looks like God had other plans for me that day. I am excited to go to Los Angeles for this amazing opportunity to succeed at something I love! I will represent my HBCU to the fullest.”
