Stevie J wants Joseline Hernandez thrown in jail for not letting him see their daughter, Bonnie Bella. She responds. Deets inside...

“Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J wants his ex-fiancé Joseline Hernandez thrown in jail! The reason? He claims Joseline has been denying him visitation with their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella Jordan, which is a violation of their custody agreement.

Now, Joseline is firing back.

In recently filed court documents (obtained by The Blast), the former "LAHH:ATL" star denies all of the allegations Steve accused her of.

Stevie filed paperwork requesting the courts find Joseline - who has been flaunting her new man on social media - in contempt of court for allegedly breaching their custody agreement. He claims he flew out to Florida five times to see his daughter and was denied access to her every time. Joseline copped a second home in Miami (something she talked about when she was on "LAHH"), so he would have to hop on a flight from Atlanta to Miami to see his daughter. Stevie is accusing her of "willfully and intentionally preventing him" of seeing Bonnie Bella.

In the paperwork, Stevie - who is married to Faith Evans - also claims Joseline has left him out of the loop when it comes to Bonnie Bella's healthcare, education and religious upbringing. So, he wants her thrown in jail and he wants the five missed visitations to be made up.

Earlier this year, the Puerto Rican Princess blasted Stevie as a deadbeat dad on Instagram, revealing his wife Faith Evans has been paying his child support:

“And not too mention he has not seen Bonnie Bella for 1 year,” she wrote. “Faith Evan pays her child support. And he did not even buy anything or call Bonnie Bella for her birthday.”

Yikes.

By the way, fans suspect there's trouble in paradise between Stevie J and Faith. With just weeks before they celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary, they've both stopped following one another on social media.

The producer also recently posted some cryptic tweets:

Hmm....

We're sure Cardi B. could provide her with an "I ain't going to jail" song.
