Lizzo’s voice was anything but small during her debut on NPR’s Tiny Desk series! Get into it inside...

Lizzo’s voice is EVERYTHING!

The boisterous beauty kicked off the 16-minute performance for NPR’s Tiny Desk series with a heart tugging rendition of her single “Cause I Love You.” Filled with passion, Lizzo showed the crowd from the beginning that she’s a beast at this singing thing.

Next up, she serenaded the audience with “Truth Hurts." Originally dropped in 2017, “Truth Hurts” has recently become one of Lizzo’s signature songs and recently reached number five on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

Lizzo recently told PEOPLE that she thought about quitting music after Truth Hurts failed to reach the success she expected in 2017.

“The day I released ‘Truth Hurts’ was probably one of the darkest days I’ve had ever in my career,” she said. “I remember thinking, ‘If I quit music now, nobody would notice. This is my best song ever, and nobody cares.'”

The Tiny Desk concert commenced with another fan favorite “Juice." Full of energy, Lizzo captured her audience’s attention and left them in awe by the end of her performance.

Soak in her full performance, plus her funny as hell commentary in between tracks, below:

2019 has been a world wind for Lizzo from dropping her Cuz I Love You album, collaborating with legends like Missy Elliott, and performing all over the world.

We’re so grateful that Lizzo did not decide to give up music two years ago. We can’t wait to see how bright her star continues to shine.
